It's very apparent the employees here dont give a shit about packages. They'd rather just sit around and look at their phones. Very unprofessional. And let packages lie around unsecured. My company will sue this store if this package gets lost.

Don’t come here unless you want your packages to get “lost”. Dropped off multiple package on different days and now tracking never updated. Tracking shows that the last scan was at drop off at the store and that’s it. I understand packages get lost all the time, but it’s just too much of a coincidence that four packages shipped on different days would be all lost. Would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

My sister dropped off 4 packages here last week, 3 of them went missing, and about 4 days later I also dropped off a package here and it also went missing. So within roughly 10 days they’ve somehow lost 4 of our packages.

i've had a mailbox here for a year and a half and my experience is that the staff is extremely unresponsive. i have to email multiple times to get an answer as to whether i have mail or not. and the last couple times they charged me for box renewal, they charged a $35 late fee without letting me know it was late. i emailed about that too but not surprised i have not received a reply. next time, i'll check reviews before doing business with someone as all the reviews i've read on this are bad experiences.

I’m not surprised the review at this store is one star. One star is to damn high at this location. Fernando the attendant was quite the argumentative fellow. Every question is answered with smirk and condescending rhetoric answer. Customer service is long gone at this place. Don’t even go the location…if you see one star if for a reason.

The lady at the front desk is quite rude (working today at 12/8/25 at 230pm. She took my happy return, and put it on the counter which was quite cluttered without any of its original packaging. I hope my item still looks new when it’s returned
Go to the ups location on fallon dr. instead they’re helpful.

Worse ups store I’ve been too. The gentleman that works there rushed me bc he had plans after work.
I had trouble pulling up my barcodes and was only to return one package.

This UPS Store is Great been going here for over 10 years with also a mailbox and the people that work here are amazing and excellent employees in every way. Some of those reviews I think are just people having bad days and taking it out on someone.

The lady is very rude and unprofessional , the return package is too heavy and walked towards the counter to keep it on the counter she asked me to step back and wait in the middle . There were no customers behind me . I don't understand what's the need to talk that manner and no empathy no kindness at all. When I shown her I'm disappointed with her behavior without even speaking a word, to my surprise she said I'm rude to her. She needs some kind of training before placing her on this job

Trust the reviews, such a poorly run location with a "manager" unwilling to do anything for a customer while giving a former UPS worker a 15% discount right infront of me. SAME lady as the others. How ridiculous. Lost my $ to them this time.. won't be back to this location again.
