I recommend this location 100%- this location rebuilt itself from a bad reputation in the past. (Speaking from experience with bad reps they had employed at one point) the new gal there had integrity & is an amazing sales rep. Thank you!

I’ve resisted returning back to this location due to poor management in the past - but the new store manager Gemma made all the difference in helping me figure out my bill and correcting promotions that didn’t attach. It was a bit of a process but I appreciated her transparency and for thanking me for my time and patience. Great job Russell Cellular on hiring on someone who clearly cares about customer experience.

We traded in 3 iPhones in Sept. 2023 to take advantage of the iPhone 15 promotion. It's been 6 months and multiple attempts and I still haven't seen the promotion applied. Don't waste your time with this store - they aren't Verizon employees. The company is Russell Cellular and they are awful (just look at their BBB page). You are better off going to the official Verizon store in Dublin, which I did with my 4th line in Oct. or Nov. 2023 and they applied the promo almost instantly and CORRECTLY.

The guy who helped us was actually really nice so I don’t want to bash this location because of that. However, just go to an actual corporate Verizon location. We should have gone to the one in Livermore on Las Positas to begin with.
