“My wife and I have been going here for years and have never been let down. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Staff has always been friendly and attentive and the price is reasonable! If you stay on weekdays you get breakfast at the attached eatery, Element, which is very good. The drop scones off by your door each morning as a fun little treat! My only gripe on our last trip was that the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed and our room had a lot of spiderwebs in the ceiling which could be cleaned and add a lot to the atmosphere.
The town of Sutter Creek itself is very cute but just be aware *nothing* is open past like 8 pm so be prepared for a quiet night unless you're heading up to the close by Jackson casino or something similar.”

“If you want a quiet, peaceful, extended stay, there's no better place around. The manager has a big heart, and Is genuinely a kind person. If you want to be pampered go to the Hilton. Thank you Mike and staff, you guys rock??
Rooms: The rooms are decent for the price.
Safety: Very quiet with no riff Raff.
Noteworthy details: The quietness and peacefulness is paramount.”

“I stayed here for a mini-vacation. A tasty hot breakfast every morning was great. Toast, bagels, cold juice and cereal, potatoes, eggs and bacon/sausage. Great location next to Downtown Jackson and Jackson creek. Good thrift stores near by and several historical sites to visit, relics from the California Gold Rush Just a 30 minute drive to downtown Sacramento. Denny's, Walmart, Savemart, Burger King, subway, McDonalds and Taco Bell all just less then 5 minute drive away.
People in Jackson are very friendly and welcoming. Nice place to take time away from big city life.
Rooms: Large rooms, well kept. Really hot water. Comfortable bed. Dining area with couch, table and chairs. Big flat screen TV. Blackout curtains worked great.
Nearby activities: Thrift stores. Lots of quaint little shops downtown. Rockhounding at Jackson creek. Local theatre company provides entertainment on stage.
Safety: There is definitely a police presence adding a feeling of security and safety.
Walkability: Local shops, Denny's, Mel's Diner, Taco Bell, Cost you less groceries, CVS and Axes and Ale are all right across the street.
Noteworthy details: Kennedy mine, historical landmark is open to visit. A beautiful Vista point on top of hill offered a great location over the town of Jackson and a great place to take pictures.”

“Double room. Upon entry, room had exceeded my expectations. Super clean, no smell of anything. Bathroom super clean! Bed sheets felt clean and were super white. No stains. I recommend !”
“lovely place to stay in the middle of wine country. The room was big and the bed was great! -1 start for no breakfast. I asked the man at checking if there was breakfast as it said on the web site and he said, not anymore! they have a new owner and the place was being painted outside.”
