Whoever does the shopping for delivery orders is truly incompetent. I order strawberries but I don’t receive them because they ‘couldn’t find a good enough substitute’ even though the store is FULL of strawberries. I don’t get bagels because they ‘couldn’t find a good enough substitute’ for bagels, but they’ll give me a $20 1 lb thing of meat when I ordered a $8 5 lb. pack. Truly mind blowing. Even the items I put subs for, I still don’t get them. They say they’re out of stock but that NEVER changes in the site/app - how many people have to order the same item and be told it’s out of stock before you actually update your site/app to say it’s OUT OF STOCK? Y’all loooove wasting people’s time. Oh and even though my order won’t be delivered for another 4 hours, I can’t cancel it and I sure as hell can’t get a hold of anybody .. ever. Can’t do a thing. And the customer service chat is the biggest joke of them all. It’s sad what this world has come to. A bunch of lazy kids who expect a fat tip when they do below the bare minimum. Get real. Tighten up, Safeway.

Filthy dirty store. Usually out of what you’re looking for. Forget about the deli nearly impossible to get help.. If you’re heading to Tahoe, avoid the store just get what you need up on the mountain.

If they didn't price gouge soo much they'd be a good store. But when I pay 8.99$ for a cake at Safeway in in Placerville and 14.99$ for the same cake at Pollock Pines Safeway ,kind of weird. Also,the same ketchup I buy at Safeway in Placerville is 4.99$,at Safeway in Pollock Pines it's 9.00$.Just weird is all.

Complete one star. Won’t even fill a prescription from a licensed doctor. Could have used the Veterans Affairs but this was closer. Thanks for nothing and no help. Big disconnect.
