They lie about trying to deliver packages. Then send the back to the sender. Ive had nemours times packages lost or claim they were delivered then 3 days later they show up. This office needs to be investigated by higher ups and trained better

Sometimes they are very rude. I ask how are you and he says I'm very busy right now. Wow. I guess to busy to be polite
