“Jesse and his team were able to repair paint damage on the hood of my car as a result from bird poop being left on too long. Jesse was responsive when I first called and peovided an estimate that was very reasonable compared to other shops. The next day when I took it in to drop off, Jesse answered all my questions and even gave me a quick tour of where they paint the cars. Picking up the car, I couldn’t even tell where the damage was. It looked as if it was brand new again. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for paint and body work done.”

On Friday, September 11, I was driving on Central Avenue in Chino when a truck passed me in the opposite lane. A piece of 4x4 lumber came loose from the truck and completely took out the side mirror on my 2020 Mercedes GLC 350.
The driver and I pulled over, and he told me that his boss knew a body shop that could repair it. I was skeptical at first because I had heard how complicated and expensive it can be to replace and properly program a Mercedes mirror.
He took me to M-B Auto Body & Paint, where I met the owners, Rigo and Henry. They immediately put my mind at ease and assured me that they could repair everything within a few days and make it look as though nothing had ever happened. They even drove me to the rental-car office so I could pick up a vehicle.
On Tuesday morning, they called to tell me that my Mercedes was ready. When I arrived, I was extremely impressed. The replacement looked completely original, the paint matched perfectly, and every feature on the mirror worked exactly as it should.
Rigo and Henry went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were honest, professional, helpful, and true to their word. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the excellent customer service I received.

“Arturo gets the job done. I brought in my Prius because the front grill was broken, liners, and fenders were all damaged/have gone missing over the years. I ordered the parts and brought them in and they were able to install it the same day for a super reasonable price.
I wanted to learn more about the process and he was patient enough to show me, answer all my questions, and honestly - after seeing everything, I have so much more respect for mechanics. It's not easy being under a car and doing things upside down and if I were him, I would have been extremely frustrated or given up multiple times during the repair and installation process.
They will not take advantage of you - they're just good people with great attitudes who figure out a way to get the job done. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot recommend Luis and his team enough. Someone sideswiped me 2 weeks ago and I’m moving out of state in 4 days, so needless to say I had to get repairs done asap. From the moment I was connected to Luís, communication was top notch, clear, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car would be fixed within my short timeframe. In addition, he worked with my busy schedule as a healthcare provider to coordinate pickup after repairs were done. As far as the actual repairs, his team did excellent work. During installation i messed up one of the oil control rings, this was my fault. I reached out to NP, and they refused to sell me piston rings for a single cylinder, but Eric offered to procure me a set for a single cylinder.

“I have been coming to Socal Collision Parts & Repair for close to 11 years since 2015 and have had 4 of my cars worked on during that time: 1999 Honda CRV, 2015 Honda Fit, 2016 Mazda CX-5 & 2020 Mazda Mazda3. The front end of my Honda Fit needed extensive front end damage repair in 2023 and Tin and his crew did an amazing job. Recently I noticed that the paint on the hood was showing some cracking and chipping especially around the corner areas so I took it back to Socal Collision. They stand by their work and immediately took it back without hesitation and now the car looks brand new again! As always they go above and beyond and did detail cleaning inside and out. Also, I had to replace the driving fog lights in the front bumper area and they replaced them for me with the parts I had ordered online. I had been meaning to replace them for some time but the replacement work required removing the bumper so I am very grateful that they took care of it without charge. Thank you Rocky and Tin for the wonderful service! I highly recommend this place.”
