“Sooo I went to get my 4 runner looked at after the paint started peeling after I bought the car from the lot in front.. apparently they are part of the same business.. I was upset that the vehicle I had just purchased started having paint peeling off . “The best customer service experience I have yet to have. Purchased a transfer case received it in about a week. Upon receiving it we realized we ordered the wrong trnsfer case. The one we actually need was about $1000 more. They just told us to send the old one back and the core and pay for shipping. So upon receiving and installing the correct one it only lasted about two days before it failed. Come to find out my front driveshaft was broken. I called trans mart and explained what happened they shipped out another one immediately. I had to pay for shipping but never the less they honored the warranty and it wasn’t their fault the transfer case failed. I would recommend them to any shop/ person who are looking for a transfer case. I almost forgot Dodge told me they had no transfer cases for my truck and only had one in production and didn’t know when it would be finished. SMH. If your need a transfer case these are your guys.”
