Management needs to have all employees informed about policies regarding coffee refills. One day they allow and next day don't. I believe Linda is uninformed because as a member of extra mile every 5 or 6 refills I get one free.

Linda was super rude and unprofessional cashier. Trashed your business elsewhere if you plan to go inside to make your purchase. Shell across the street has the same prices.
