“I love this CVS. It's a very nice store with a wide variety of medical stuff and it even has make up and snacks and they sell colognes and SD cards and charger cables and stuff. It's really cool. They always have little seasonal items like I got myself the nicest robe I've ever had for 20$ and it is definitely worth it. Very soft and plush. And once in a while I find cute little figurines of some sort I love too get and set them up in my house. The store is really friendly and the pharmacy is very quick. Don't wait in a line long at all. This one isn't a 24 hour I don't think. They have a 24 hour CVS in Chino. It's nice.”
“This is interesting in the 1960s i lived near there and knew the then owner this store has an interesting history this place was the first in the town to have florescent lightsand other things i was told the date that the place opened and i also know there was a school across the waythis part of Pomona has a colorful past now living across the country and i see the web site this would be fun to visit”

“I come here everyday. Everything is always stocked up, always find what I need, doesn’t take long when waiting in line, I love it. However, it’s 4 stars instead of 5 bc of this one dude. I don’t know his ethnicity, but he’s skinny, darker skin, black short hair and mustache. When I first saw him, he looked happy. Engaging, laughing, smiling, asked how your day was. I work in customer service too, so I know the stress of it, HOWEVER, it seems like it killed his soul. He now sighs, taps his fingers, doesn’t say hello when I do, his demeanor is closed off, frustrated easily, and seems annoyed every time I see him there. Honestly puts me on edge now whenever he is cashing me out. I just smile, say hello even though he doesn’t acknowledge, and try to be quick about it now. What happened? Maybe he needs to talk to someone ?♀️”

I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael at Walgreens—he’s truly amazing. I’ve spoken with him twice now, and both times he’s handled everything with patience, clarity, and kindness. Today, I was initially helped by a woman who completely confused the situation and then blamed me for the mix-up. She transferred me—twice—and I ended up with Michael again, thankfully.
Even though it may have sounded like I was the frustrated customer, the issue wasn’t on my end either time. Michael didn’t make me feel guilty or wrong. He made me feel understood and supported. He didn’t take anything personally, and he truly made things simple. He recognized I was doing my best, and that means a lot when you’re already overwhelmed.
If you need help, ask for Michael—he’ll actually take care of you. Thank you again, Michael. You're a real one.

“I love everyone who works at the pharmacy. Especially Gigi as others have mentioned. They all go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was having constant issues getting my medication in stock and having to wait several days between refills although through no fault of the pharmacist or staff. I wish I could continue filling my medications at this pharmacy and I'm sad to have to go elsewhere where my medication will be in stock. But again, everyone who works there is so wonderful!”
