“I dropped my phone in water and the screen was dead. I was given EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The agent David was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! I could not figure out the account recovery and David took the extra time to figure out the loops and work around to get my Google account set up!! David was also bilingual which I though was very impressive and adds that much more to the customer experience !!! I was totally freaking out and he resolved my situation with such class and patience!! Go to this Metro PCS location , David and it are the BEST!!!!”

I visited on 12/20 on a busy Saturday night where they had multiple groups of customers even 10 mins before closing, and Pamela and Vinny were both able to answer all questions and handle all concerns that every single group of customer had. Probably the most excellent customer service I’ve ever experienced and also witnessed. Very nice people too”

“I came into this t mobile store yesterday to pick up a new phone for my mother. We were greeted right away by Karina she put us on the waiting list. Luckily she ended up helping us with what we needed. She was very helpful and patient. My mom’s old phone had so many issues and she took her time to fix it since we wanted to keep her same number.
