“I found medicine I grew up with. In other stores is expensive but found it cheap here. The service was ok, needs improvement. But what was happy to find what I was looking for. I love "IODEX" for removing bruises twice as fast and "VENENO DE ABEJA ACEITE DE VIBORA" I used this growing up for mosquito bites, works wonders! Rub in both like you would lotion to perpetrate and absorb into the skin, helps heal faster.
I don't know if they have these, got them years ago. But boy they work ? these are TOTALLY worth the price and it depends on how much it's used, it can last years, I? recommend these”

“I love this CVS. It's a very nice store with a wide variety of medical stuff and it even has make up and snacks and they sell colognes and SD cards and charger cables and stuff. It's really cool. They always have little seasonal items like I got myself the nicest robe I've ever had for 20$ and it is definitely worth it. Very soft and plush. And once in a while I find cute little figurines of some sort I love too get and set them up in my house. The store is really friendly and the pharmacy is very quick. Don't wait in a line long at all. This one isn't a 24 hour I don't think. They have a 24 hour CVS in Chino. It's nice.”
“My Doctor perscribed a blood presuré monitor and my insurance would not cover it at CVS. I called a medical supply and they wanted to sell me the perscription. So then this Express Pharmacy got my perscription trasfered and i got my Blood Presure Monitor for free with insurance coverage.”

“50 yrs of using ALL of the big named pharmacies with probably Rite-Aide being favored, UNTIL I started using Walmart Rio Rancho Pomona. They are Head & Shoulders above the rest. None could compare to the personalized, thoughtful and professionally efficient service I have and continue to experience at that Walmart Rio Rancho location. My praise encompasses the entire staff, but most importantly pharmacists like Tram, Jade, Judeth, Ahan, and others like Sarah over the years. I seldom take the time to post anything, but I felt compelled to do so here because I never thought of Walmart as having outstanding pharmacy services. Sincerely ARC”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding associate named James who assisted me during my visit today. Although I had never seen him in the store before, James immediately stood out as someone who truly understands what customer service is all about.
He went above and beyond to help me locate items throughout the store and was the only associate who acknowledged me during my entire visit. That kind of simple recognition truly goes a long way. His attitude was both friendly and professional from start to finish.
James is exactly the kind of associate that makes a difference in the shopping experience. I strongly believe he deserves a raise and should be considered for a promotion into a management or training role because his natural ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service is something that could positively impact the entire store.
I'll be honest: the majority of my shopping visits here have not always been pleasant. I have encountered rude associates in the past, and it has affected my experience. James proved that one person truly can make a difference. I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael at Walgreens—he’s truly amazing. I’ve spoken with him twice now, and both times he’s handled everything with patience, clarity, and kindness. Today, I was initially helped by a woman who completely confused the situation and then blamed me for the mix-up. She transferred me—twice—and I ended up with Michael again, thankfully.
Even though it may have sounded like I was the frustrated customer, the issue wasn’t on my end either time. Michael didn’t make me feel guilty or wrong. He made me feel understood and supported. He didn’t take anything personally, and he truly made things simple. He recognized I was doing my best, and that means a lot when you’re already overwhelmed.
If you need help, ask for Michael—he’ll actually take care of you. Thank you again, Michael. You're a real one.

“I love everyone who works at the pharmacy. Especially Gigi as others have mentioned. They all go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was having constant issues getting my medication in stock and having to wait several days between refills although through no fault of the pharmacist or staff. I wish I could continue filling my medications at this pharmacy and I'm sad to have to go elsewhere where my medication will be in stock. But again, everyone who works there is so wonderful!”
“They have stepped up to the plate each time Walgreens has failed. Some stores even have capability to tell you which cvs has your medication and how much. Amazing”

“Went in on 7/3/2024 the male pharmacist with a ponytail who helped me is amazinggggg!!! I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for antibiotics prescription and he went out of his was to help me find a discount. I am extremely happy with that pharmacy. The cvs it’s self is a hit or miss. I’ve had grumpy employees help me but also very kind ones as well.”

“I decided to try out CVS photo prints after having the worst experience at Walmart yesterday and dealing with the rudest employees for some images I've been wanting to print off. I ordered this morning from CVS for pick-up, and it was done in less than 30 minutes! The friendliest employees met me when I went to pick up, and I gave them a 5 out of 5. This is how employees should behave; I'm not sure what Walmart is dealing with. And side note the picture quality from Walmart compared to these is crazy even Walmarts photos suck and the quality is ssa. CVS FOR THE WIN ?”
