I called because I expected a check in the mail Wednesday. Didn't come ok. Thursday no mail at all ,no mail at all Friday .I call down there . I call at 3:30 to check on why I'm not getting any mail. They put me on hold for 61 min and then disconnect on me. I'll just have to go down there tomorrow. Thank you for no help what so ever.

If you have an issue with one of their mail carriers, good luck. They are extremely biased and don't investigate matters caused by their workers. Our mail was being withheld from us because the mail carrier took offense to the tiniest inconvenience of a day and they refused to investigate them, taking their word at face value. They didn't even inform us that our mail was being withheld until we called. Their telephone operators are extremely rude and unprofessional as well. If you live in Pomona, sorry that you have to deal with this.

We waited till almost 7pm 12/11/24 for the mail to be delivered. The mail man never came to our business. When we checked where our package we were waiting for. The driver claimed he tried to deliver the package @ about 5:35pm. He lied we have video surveillance. He was never even on our street.

So like alot of business in Pomona, if you need customer service, go to a neighboring city. My passport appointment was cancelled for no reason, so if you need a passport by a certain date, don't come here.

Absolutely, a miserable post office. No one is pleasant. They never answer their phones. They do not communicate with the carriers and they pick and choice when items go out for delivery. I only go to this post office when I absolutely have to… which has been about 10 times since 2011 when I bought my house and never ever have I encountered a pleasant experience.

Adrian was super helpful, patient, and kind! He even helped me bring large boxes to the truck. He answered each question I had too.
It’s honestly rare for me to have a good experience at the post office, but Adrian provided exceptional customer service.
