“Came to this credit union when I bought my first car. I have been a customer ever since. Long lines but they move pretty quickly. I typically go to the Oxnard location. Staff is not as friendly as years ago but I feel that is staff at all banks. Things have changed. I liked being remembered and chatting but not everyone does. I also like when banks had coffee and cookies. I was told it's a health code violation. Ay .. the things to worry about in our county. LOL! Anyway I like this credit union :) Miss the way tellers used to interact and bring back cookies/coffee from Like over a decade ago.”

“My husband and I were having some issues with our account and since we don't live close by we decided to make the hour long drive and resolve them. When we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. Alyssa was the one was assisted us with all our needs and she was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to explain everything to us and answer all our questions, she is definitely an asset to this branch!”
