350 E Port Hueneme Rd, Port Hueneme“Right on the beach! Walking distance to food and drink. Room was very clean and one young maid was pushing a cart with a bad wheel and she smiled! I was so surprised with all jeers and snooty glances now a days, well I had to bring that up. There was a band Thursday night sounded good I was checking in, so can't comment too much. Anywho I WILL stay here again! Thank you”
“Had so much fun! We did the Sherlock Society room for my first time here and had a blast figuring it out and escaping! Puzzles were fun, challenging, and the overall experience was great. Topped off by a great host, Alexa! Very helpful when we asked for hints, just over a pleasant host! 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to experience the other rooms!”
“Really good food I felt like they skip over our table the first 3x for some reason and the server she can’t take a joke ....well the bathroom are clean for the men and the manager was nice atmosphere needs a little bit more color ….I say this is well worth the experience of all you can eat too sirloin ”

“I attended to an afternoon show and the theatre was semi empty ,being a very particular movie that was shown in that theatre and this was my first time since the pandemic that I went to the movie theatre”

3451 Foothill Rd, Ventura“We love Poinsettia Pavilion! My first experience at this beautiful establishment was over 20 years ago when we needed a location for my sister's memorial. They were very kind and accommodating and we held a beautiful celebration in her honor. More recently, we've attended events for local business meetings and kids activities from dance camp to cotillion. It's a beautiful location with a view of the Ventura Hillsides and the Channel Islands, and plenty of parking. It's affordable too - Please consider them for your next event!”

300 E Esplanade Dr, Oxnard“If you are thinking to have your wedding here, you have came to the right place. I recently had my wedding here in October 2023. I live in New Jersey and my wedding was unforgettable! The planning process was peaceful and smooth sailing. I have not one complaint from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend PVT to all of my friends and family! My wedding was so AMAZING all my guest are asking us to do it again. From the planning, the decor, the food, the music, and all personnel involved EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!”

715 S A St, Oxnard“I read about this place being one of the great architecture preservation projects in Southern California so decided to check it out. We came on a holiday morning and there were no tours or activities but we strolled around and enjoyed the beautiful restored buildings and beautiful gardens. We noticed many ornate features on the building and learned about them by reading the signs - almost every building has one so you can have a self-guided tour at your own pace. The introductions were well written and provide just the right amount of information. Oxnard seems like a sleeping town to us and we were glad to have found this place- it was free and we enjoyed our walk inside and then around the block. Many free street parking around the property and easy to get to. Overall a low-stress and easy way to spend an hour or two when in Oxnard.”
3PM - 12AM
601 Collection Blvd Suite 1175, Oxnard“It was a fun place with, bowling, games, food. A nice set up to eat while bowling. Down side is the lights and video above the end of the lanes is very distracting.”

800 Hobson Way, Oxnard“I was there for my nieces play along with 4 other elementary schools.. staff and organization was nice.. my only gripe.. I went to grab a drink during intermission.. can of Pepsi was available.. I had 3 1 dollar bills.. figured that be enuff. Nope.. 4 bucks for a can.. ok.. card pulled.. still left a buck as a tip..ha.. the real thing that bugged me was the charge was credited to a T.O. company... I just hoped the money was goin to the schools putting on the show”
“I put 5 stars for food because drinks were not an option. This place is a speakeasy and it does not disappoint. Super cool atmosphere with “secret” entrance. Very nice to have a cool, local place within Ventura County to enjoy a nice cocktail.”

2126 Knoll Dr, Ventura“Very accommodating in this time of covid. They let me leave my trailer for 3 days until my reservations for Carpenteria state beach came up instead of having to travel back to L. A. to retreave it for the week with my daughter and grandson. I really appreciate the ELKS OF VENTURA. Thankyou. Elk member of Pasadena Lodge 672.”
“Great place to gather and meet new friends.Had breakfast here today, the eggs Benedict was delicious ordered the hashbrowns over potatoes, must be a shortage on potatoes because we got 4 bites out of them. For the price we should at least get 5 bites. The portions were smaller than we are used to but still tasty.”

4426 Central Ave, Camarillo“Get past the outdated decor... this feels like a place you would have been to with your grandparents when you were a kid. There are plenty of choices on the menu but 3 of 4 of our group ordered the Prime Rib dinner. It comes with soup or salad (they serve French Onion daily but we got the white Clam Chowder). You also have a choice of 2 sides. We had the baked potato and mixed veggies. Meat was perfectly cooked as we ordered. Our Server was super friendly and experienced. We arrived at the beginning of the dinner hour. It got busier while we were eating and there seemed to be a need for more help. Servers were doing their best to keep things on pace but there were a couple of slow waits to be seated for some arrivals.”
7:30AM - 5:30PM
501 Poli St, Ventura“I have been inside City Hall a few times. Once to do some paperwork for work and other times to show my children. The building is beautiful and well kept. It is always nice to see the building from different angles as we drive and walk around downtown. I snapped this picture when we were driving by in October 2023. As we drove by I loved the way it looked in the evening time.”
“I've seen some music shows at Cantara. The golden ale that I've had is very tasty. I haven't tried any wine or pizza. The chicken drumettes and wings are tasty but not plentiful. The tri-tip tater tots are decent. The service is friendly.”
“Some great shows in a small venue. Getting to/from the location is a bit awkward but it’s right next to downtown and there is a parking structure nearby so arrive early, enjoy dinner downtown, and then catch the show. We saw The Offspring and it was an incredible time.”

2055 E Harbor Blvd, Ventura“Mariotts are always a pleasure to stay at, and this one was special given its great location close to the beach. The rooms were premium, and had extremely well done interior decor. (For example, the curtains are so amazing that if you decide to take a mid-day nap, be well ensured that not an ounce of sunshine will trickle into your room)The service was exceptional too - specially the order-in to your room service was very convenient!Special shoutout to Colin V, whose service at breakfast was exceptionally warm! Also, the following are not complaints but suggestions:1) shower pressure can be improved2) the couches at the restaurant are a little too low for the table (the silverish chairs are perfect, just for reference)”
“This visit was just to pick up their giant bag of movie popcorn for a family road trip. Their "Pack-a-Pop" bag is about 5 XL tubs and great for takeout with a resealable top. Only for take out, it's a great treat.”

450 E Harbor Blvd, Ventura“I come here at least 8 times a year. The location is hard to beat. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs has the best breakfast. My kids and I love it. The pool is nice. Coffee, they serve in the area near the elevators is great. We love it here!”

325 S A St, Oxnard“Just tried this place at the Tamale Festival and the food was so delicious. I can't believe I've never tried the pupusas before they are bomb!!! I don't know if they have the tamales at their restaurant but the pineapple, chicken, and pork ones were fire !!! I also appreciated their efficiency today- quick and kind service. I will definitely be visiting their brick and mortar! Thanks for the delicious food I”
“This is the perfect hotel for a family on an extended weekend or holiday. Each room has a large comfortable bed, spacious living space, and large kitchen/dining area. The one negative is the small store in the lobby where prices are way too high. I was charged $18.75 for two sodas and a snickers bar. Overcharging on the small things won’t bring repeat customers to your hotel. Other than that this is a perfect place to stay in the area.”

1080 Navigator Dr, Ventura“This hotel is in a great location along the path of the marina, near restaurants and shops. It’s also very clean and somewhat modern.Although The staff appears to be short handed , we waited way too long for check in and hotel policies were not made clear to us. And when we called the front desk for clarification they didn’t have time for us.Also ask for a room on the south side, the north side has a unpleasant oder.Safety: Appears to be a safe environment all around the marinaWalkability: About a mile to all restaurants and shopsFood & drinks: Many options available”
“Nice spot, I would give it 5 stars but the lane kept messing up and wouldn't rewrack the pins so made the experience a bit unpleasant but other than that all was good.”
“Family friendly fun!First timers, bring plenty of sunscreen, a lawn chair, and plenty of snacks and water.By the way, the concessions don't take cash. Parking is free, and you should head over early to find a good spot to hang out.Quite enjoyed it!”
“Great place to see a concert! You may get confused about parking, as a lot of the lots say no parking after 10 pm but the lot right behind the venue was free parking and ok until the event ended which was after 11 pm. Check with the security guard at the entrance to verify unless they add signs in the future.”
