“I got my lights replaced at a Texas auto zone location a couple of weeks & they just went out on me. I stopped at this location during my traveling & Cody & Rudy were soooo helpful! Cody helped figure out the fuses weren’t the problem so Rudy checked the bulbs & pointed out the guy that originally replaced them touched the bulb, causing them to go out quickly. They then replaced the bulbs for no charge & I was on my way! 10/10 recommend this store & their friendly customer service!! Thank you guys so much!!”
“Well, we showed up out of the blue with no notice with our 9640 foot bluebird school bus. It had a leaking air brake chamber, and the governor on the compressor for the air brake system was all over the place. They got me in and out within four hours For an incredibly fair price to say the least. I literally only wish these guys were everywhere that my bus needed them. Thank you so much to the fine work of Mr. Nolan in the office and Noa for all the service work he accomplished! Excellent organization and would recommend them to anyone.”

“When I learned that my Volt had an issue with the shifter that was covered under the Voltec warranty, I called Merle Stone service to ask what I should do. Josh warned me that with the shortage of new cars, their service department was swamped and it would be a few days before they could get to my car. I dropped it off that day (Wednesday), anyway, as I didn't want the problem to escalate, and though they weren't able to get to it until Monday, Josh kept me updated. He hadn't found the warranty coverage, but hoped to find it after the parts were ordered. On Wednesday, Josh let me know that the parts had been ordered, but they still hadn't found the warranty coverage; I assured him he would find it. On Thursday he let me know he found the necessary warranty and that all of the work was covered. Friday morning he called to let me know the mechanic had worked late and the car was ready for pickup. Yes, they had my car for a long time (I am lucky to have a backup car and work from home), but Josh called regularly, updating me on the progress, letting me know they were doing all they could do, and eventually making the repair for free. We have to be a little patient during these times, recognize when people are working hard, and support their efforts.”

“Got new tires. These guys were great! Really good price and really good warranty. Usually go to big brand but the offer here was too good to pass up. Installation and road hazard warranty was a lot cheaper because of being a walmart plus member. They only took 1.5 hours on a very busy sunday! I really apperciate the people working back there!”
