“(They need confirmation number 8 digits starts with 2 mostly ) Did delivery today dry van full trailer load 14/july/2023 i went there 3:45am by appointment was at 5:30am security guard was ok ok type he said u need to go back and come back and 4:25am and there’s a parking near cemetery 4min away and also on chevron 10min away and i came back at 4:30am and at that time really really rude security guard welcomed me and she was in so much and disrespectful as there had a big line ups but no at that time it was only my friend and me only two of us where there for delivery and finally she gave me door for dry van 92-112 or 116 i forget and easy parking then unhook ur trailer and park bob tail around that building as they mentioned on little map security guard gave us and bring ur paper work to 330 door driver dispatch office close by to the bob tail parking NO IDLING AT ALL and they took my number and gave me text in 1hour 30 mins that they are done with unloading 4:55am check in 5:35pm check out and took paper work from them hooked our trailer use right lane while stopping at security guard and show them ur empty and gave them the paper dispatch gave me to give to security and thats all ”

“A few weeks ago, my parents visited Kolhs looking for shoes, I go with them since they only speak Spanish and they are also very old but for that occasion they can't do it, I can only say that they were very happy with the employee Fatima, she was so sweet and patient speaking to them in Spanish perfectly, it is so important that they include employees like that to connect with so many Latinos. With this I was calm and happy that my parents were alone.”
