“I needed to talk to the AT&T store regarding a less expensive plan. They were very, very good about finding discounts and ended up cutting my costs almost in half. I was so relieved and grateful. I did not want to leave AT&T, but there were definitely some better prices up until the time she worked with me yesterday. My family has been involved with AT&T since the 1890s. My great, great great great grandfather was the first to work for AT&T on the East Coast. Each generation had at least one person and it was not uncommon to have several people in the family working for AT&T. It’s pretty amazing to know that my family has been a part of the AT&T family for over 130 years.”
“Justin!! Oh my God, I can not get over how great customer service he provided me and my family last night. Not only did he go above and beyond; he jumped thru fire hoops and made back flips while at it. He stayed past closing just to be able to finish assisting us with something other stores sent us on way from how laboring it was. Thank you for make the calls for us!! “All the girl's in this store are super amazing, 1 of the girl's I forgot her name but she helped me get an estimate for a new cell phone, I was supposed to walk in their the next day but ended up busy run'n arons, so I went in about 2wks later, and got my cell phone upgrade with way more gigs, we weren't able to transfer all my txt messages to my new phone but I like the phone and it's feature's and everything else it was able to transfer over, very very dependable device, thank you to all the gals their your all awesome, if anybody needs a new phone, the employees their will brake it all down for you & kick down knowledge on all the gig info and all. ??”

“The service has always been A GREAT HELP. The staff has always been able to answer my questions or find the answer WELL EXCEPT FOR ONE TIME. Now the fees Well that is DIFFERENT. THE AUTHORIZED STORE THAT CHARGES A FEE TO COLLECT A PAYMENT IS WHAT ID SAY DECEPTIVE FOR AUTHORIZED STORES PER SAY DONT CHARGE THE PAYMENT COLLECTION FEE YET DO. THEN FOR THE FEE TO BE FOUR DOLLARS TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT IS SICK. THE FEE HAPPY STORE IS NOT VERY APPRECIATIVE THAT YOU GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS SO THEY CHARGE FEES THAT ARE RIDICULOUS. BUT THEN ITS US RIDICULOUS PEOPLE THAT GIVE THE STORE THE BUSINESS TO CHARGE THE FEES. NEED MORE OF A SELECTION AND CHEAPER PRICES FOR UP GRADES WHERES THE THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS FROM THE COMPANY?? ALL THE FEES ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE LOCATION OR BIG STORE THATS THE REAL ON THAT. GET IT TOGETHER METRO AND SHOW SOME APPRECIATION DROP THE PAYMENT FEE ALREADY OR OPEN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP THAT DON'T THAT DON'T CHARGE FEES BECAUSE WE DONT LIKE HAVING TO PAY FOR GIVING YOU MY BUSINESS. I CAN SEE IF I BROUGHT A PHONE NOT FROM METRO AND GOTTEN SERVICE FROM YOU BUT NOT TO PAY MY COMPANY TO TAKE MY PAYMENT, WHAT THE! And having to ask to have what comes in my plan activated really is non customer service like. I should have what comes with the service I pay for and a fee for. Still this place is OK.”
