The patience and thoroughness that the UPS representative Ramirez showed in dealing with a complicated situation and awkward client was amazing. It could have been terrible theater but instead the UPS employee rose to the occasion and solved all dilemmas. Bravo!

Poor customer service. “Forgot” to ship the overnight-urgent-early morning packages (second time) “we will start a claim and refund your money via Zelle or check). It’s not about the money being returned.
If I am paying and requesting overnight shipping- urgent and that’s a service you offer, do it.
If you offer to pack and ship a computer- do it. And do a good job. So maybe next time I don’t have to file a claim with UPS because it broke (not to mention the 7 months that took to get a refund/partial of course).
Go to this store if you’re a masochist.
Thursday morning overnight-early am shipping just arrived- Monday, late morning.
Called to speak with someone and ask why. I was hung up on three times “oh it must have been a bad connection”.
Last time going to this “independently owned” ups
store.

I had to ship a BUNCH of boxes, and Henry has been very kind and helpful with all the boxes I brought in, and gave me honest and thoughtful advice on pricing and packaging options that ultimately made me feel like I went to the right place. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs!

By far the best UPS in the area. Located in a small plaza with good options for food and drink! The workers here are diligent and friendly and always get the job done right. Oliver is especially helpful, he knows how to work the systems, printers, basically everything, and it's such a joy to be serviced by him. The energy here is always high and I've never had a better experience at an ups.

While I don't live close by anymore, I frequently visit the SF Bay Area (south bay) quite a bit. I work in an industry where notary and snail mail are still a thing and I have trusted this store for the last 5 years to take care of all of my needs. Specifically with my notary needs I cannot afford to have any mistakes at all. The customer service here exceeds most other UPS stores that I generally use, so when I am in the area I make sure to leverage them when I need to. Would highly recommend this location to anyone for all of their business needs as the CX is second to none.
