Arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing, the front door was locked, and the employee inside looked right at me when he shut off the open sign. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm a contractor. I had switched to this brand about a year ago, no regrets. Also a caulk doesn't have a bauble in the middle of a tube, so it doesn't leak like Dap products.People in the store are very nice too. 5 stars all the way.

The customer service is very bad, you have to wait a long time to be served and then they reluctantly serve you
