“I love this Home Depot and will drive to the Poway location even though there are 3 other Depots closer to me. This location is larger than some, and always has what I need when other locations are frequently out of stock on popular items. Today was the perfect example... I was looking for some specific plants as a gift for my daughter who just bought a house, and I called 3 other locations that were all out before trying this Poway store. (or at least they said they were out... At all 3 of the other stores I spoke to older sounding men that pretty much told me they no longer had the plants off the top of their head, and I am not sure if they even knew the plant I was referring to before just telling me no!) Big shout out to Renee in the garden center! She knew exactly what I was looking for, and told me they were in several locations around the garden center. She actually found a bunch of the plants I wanted, and offered to set them aside for me, which I very much appreciated. When I arrived at the store and asked for Renee, she greeted me with a big smile, by name (!) and had the plants already set aside in a cart for me. Thanks Renee! You made my day!”
“Very clean and beautiful store but there is no changing table in the women's restroom and the family restroom seems permanently occupied when I am there. Please consider putting a changing table in the women's and men's restroom.”
