Very friendly staff. Nice car that I rented and great communication and follow up from them. Victor, Ryan and Steve were particularly accommodating and helpful. I had a very positive experience, but I always do with enterprise

Vic was cool. I did a one-way and the guy tried to start my time late and my reservation never went through. I'm not sure if I trust the palm location in Fresno. I left some things in the console and have not been able to retrieve them.
