They only have a machine inside the lobby to check you in, there are no humans to help. Each time I have gone, there is a problem with the scanner, or can’t find the appointment. If you have an appointment it’s easier, but still end up waiting 10-15 minutes. Without an appointment you’ll wait hours.

Polite, great staff. Appointments are standard but if the appointment slots arent over 7 people. You can be squeezed in. Thats how i got admitted. Last minute walk in
