Worst experience with Quest Labs. Worst website, worst communications cannot get lab results will never use again and recommend anyone but Quest. A one star is much too high a rating given my experience but it was my only lowest choice.

Horrible place!!! Never go there..
If you don’t have appointment you can wait 4-6hr and they not really care about you..
I didn’t eat anything from 6am and I’ve been in line almost 4hr and never got in.. you can die in the line if you don’t have appointment!!!
Also when I asked about supervisor, they said we don’t have anyone!! How??? Why you don’t have nobody there who can control that crazy line.. that’s insane!!!

I usually have a hard time setting an appointment. But my doctor does it for me. Aside from that, its very easy to check in, get seen & head out.

Tim, my phlebotomist, was top-notch! He was very personable, caring & performed my blood draw with incredible skill (which honestly doesn't happen very often). My husband also had the pleasure of having Tim do some blood draws not too long ago: he was very impressed, which is high praise since he was a 25+ yr. Orthopedic PA.
Kudos, Tim! Quest is very fortunate to have you on their staff :-)

My experience here was a nightmare. During my visit, the lady technician inserted the needle into my vein and repeatedly twisted it inside my vein itself. This happened twice causing me to faint due to their incompetence. Very untrained technicians. It was a disaster.

The lady whom did my blood work. Did a quick and painless poke when she drew blood. Had spoken to me about how my day was and what not to keep my mind off how many viels she had to take. I appreciate what she did all and all 10/10. I'm not sure of her name but please give her big credit.

Genuinely concerned for people coming to this location. (Read the end for what the female staff did to my daughter) The female staff behavior was disgusting. I waited FOUR HOURS to get skipped. She rudely told me it was the computers mistake..
I came back the next day with an appointment to avoid this from happening again. Even with an appointment, I waited 15 minutes past; My doctor told me I didn’t need paperwork as it’s an option for anyone in the public to get a tuberculosis test. She refused to see me because I did not have paperwork, even though I told her I could pay it out of pocket. I went home picked up my two babies, made ANOTHER appointment (same day) came back, waited again. She took us in her office for her to then tell me my doctor filled out my paperwork wrong?... she called my doctors office and proceeded to get in a fight with their receptionist. She then asked for their name as if she was going to report them. Note, I have two babies with me and I’m sitting in her office while she harasses a doctor. My kids 1 and 3 sitting patiently and minding their own business, This quest female staff sitting there giving dirty looks to them. This is totally inappropriate. At this point, I know it’s personal she recognizes me from the day before. Not to mention, her eyes were extremely glossy, and there was a can of dust off next to her computer mouse. She also told me I had small veins, and that she would have to use a different needle on me. I have extremely large and noticeable veins. I also get my blood drawn often and doctors telling me this all the time. She aggressively took my blood and showed my daughter the tube in a creepy malicious manner, as if it was going to spook her. She also told me and my daughter that she would be happy to give my daughter a shot almost as a threat. This lady needs to be terminated immediately. I am now 5 days from my tb test with NO RESULTS. when they take 48-72 hours. In all honesty, this lady is evil and should not be working in any medical facility or even Customer Service for that matter. I’ve never had a worse experience, I will never go back.

Someone else here has already mentioned that this is the DMV of medical labs. I'd say that's almost true. The DMV is similarly run down and shabby. But the DMV at least has someone behind a desk that can theoretically answer questions. Here's there's just a screen and a door that occasionally opens. Better hope you checked in right and got your barcode scanned or whatever. Because is something isn't right, good luck figuring it out. The lab tech was great and so feel bad leaving a negative review because the one person I did encounter was nice. But wow ... the facility itself is an institutional-lime-green pit of despair run by screens that may or may not accurately reflect what is going on. I feel bad for anyone who has to regularly use this place. Genuinely alarming if places like these are the future of healthcare.
