Customer service was great, and they even gave me a digital link with videos about all of the maintenance so I know what to look for in the future. Overall great experience: 10/10
PS: the inspection took about 4 hours so be prepared to wait!”

“My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on in my Infinity G35. Naturally, I researched it on You Tube thinking it was an easy fix but there were too many probabilities. After calling many shops, Ken’s Auto Center diagnosed the issue for free. I made an appt to fix my car & as promised, it was ready the next day. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I recommend Ken’s Auto Center for repairs. I don’t know anything about cars so I was a little concerned in the beginning but the mechanics there are great! The lady in the office was a sweetheart too!”

“Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”

“I needed a jump start in La Jolla. I called several services with some wanting as much as $275 for the service. Pacific Autow came through for me at a fraction of that price. Andy, the dispatcher, was responsive to my calls and texts. He had a very compassionate, friendly demeanor that put my stressed mind at ease. When Wissam, the driver, arrived, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and a fun guy to chat with while my battery was charging. The first thing he did was state what he understood the quoted price to be and if I was in agreement. No shadiness which is what I’ve encountered before with other roadside services so that was unexpectedly refreshing. He wasn’t interested in simply passing enough current for the car to start immediately. Although I imagine that he would have obliged if I wanted to just start and go I appreciated him not rushing the process as that saved some wear and tear on my alternator. He knows how to deliver stress-free, quality roadside service. I tried to tip Wissam and he politely refused twice, saying that me being respectful towards him was enough of a tip. Andy followed up with me afterwards to make sure that all was good to go. These two guys deserve plenty of respect. I highly recommend them for your roadside needs!”
