Walgreens Pharmacy provides friendly and helpful service. The entire staff is kind and pleasant to talk to, offering incredible customer service. They are knowledgeable and remain nice even when busy, both in person and on the phone. The pharmacists and staff work with customers helpfully, such as when a prescription is sent to the wrong pharmacy. Medications are ready when promised, with helpful instructions provided. If an issue arises, like being shorted medication, staff listen with no pushback and no questions, resolving the matter without argument. Transferring prescriptions is also noted as an easy process. The service is consistently described as a pleasant surprise, with specific staff members highlighted as being beyond the epitome of customer service.

Always pleasant to talk to , the gentleman ( senior pharmacist) worked with me when my Dr. sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy ( CVS )I have previously used cvs as my primary pharmacy , unfortunately their senior pharmacist is not as customer friendly as Walgreens and they make it more difficult to get prescription... read full comment
