Why is it 75% of the time when I go to the pharmacy? I walk out very upset.
It's is amazing how this one establishment then do that to a person.
This time they're on their one hour lunch break. Seems to me for pharmacy. They should leave staff there, and each take turns out for their lunch.People pick up the prescriptions every hour every day.
I dread going to the pharmacy, because I walk out really upset

Teresa has always been amazing. While the entire staff is kind, Teresa every time I have been in is beyond the epitome of customer service. Please hire more like her!

Always pleasant to talk to , the gentleman ( senior pharmacist) worked with me when my Dr. sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy ( CVS )I have previously used cvs as my primary pharmacy , unfortunately their senior pharmacist is not as customer friendly as Walgreens and they make it more difficult to get prescription filled.

I approached this Walgreens with some trepidation, having some memory of one of the pharmacists. What a pleasant surprise. The pharmacist and staff were friendly and helpful, and my med was ready when I arrived, only one person in line, helpful instructions, etc.

Poway Walgreens plays Narcotic games. Go somewhere else like the Walgreens in Escondido on the corner of Washington and Broadway!That one dosent treat you like a medication abuser!

About 2 weeks ago I came Walgreens because I had been shorted one bottle of medication. I was just going to point this out to the pharmacy and not try to argue with them about it. Amir listen to my story and with no pushback and no questions just went and got another bottle of medication. This is incredible. In the past I've had to argue to get medication that I was shorted. Please clone Amir and put him in all Walgreens stores. Thank you

Dyana in the pharmacy was very unpleasant to deal with. Was incapable of giving helpful information. Extremely frustrating trying to get my medication. Her customer service skills are lacking! Very poor experience!
