“I was in a tough spot, with sparse funds and bad tires. I asked them if they had used tires to fit my car. They replaced 2 tires with used tires and switched out the worst tire with a decent one on the car. I'm back on the road and will always come to them for all my tire needs. Love these guys and Claudia is the BEST! ?”

But while waiting before he got started, somebody walked up and he helped them first before he started on mine while I was there first, but had he had them wait because I came first. He would have got 5 stars but outside of that. Everything was great. Oh, and let me just say this. Clean chairs, clean shop. The guy was clean, just very presentable, so no complaints outside of him helping somebody first before me. While I was waiting.”

I know many a place that would take advantage of a customer requesting that their brakes be checked, but not here. They bleed integrity. Not only that, they treat their customers like family. I am called by my first name every time I come in to have work done. They’re quick, honest, and have never turned me away, despite never making an appointment. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I've taken three of my trucks here on many different occasions for oil , brake changes, and suspension. It's affordable, and quick. I've not had any issues with mons. He's super busy so I usually call him the day before needing to take it in. I also personally don't blame them on the homeless situation because that's the Salinas city's/Monterey county's issue. Anyways, if you want someone who isn't going to charge you an arm and a leg, and does great work, I recommend Mons!”
“We had a DMV driving test on 08/15 Monday at 11AM in Salinas. We had never been to that area so we arrived at DMV one hour before the appointment. My daughter wanted to drive around at the neighborhood but unfortunately when she tried to enter a building complex parking lot, she hit the right mirror. The mirror right away came out. What a nightmare! We found “ Body Shop by Gene Cochetti” on line. After we arrived at the shop,we met David.He was amazing! After I told him what happened and when the appointment was, he immediately started to work on it. Since we were running put of time,he used glue to stabilize the mirror,then his teammate used tape to secure the mirror also told us make sure to take it off before we walk in the DMV. The mirror stayed secure on our way back to the DMV, and my daughter passed her driving test! She couldn’t have this done without their huge help! They saved our day! It was 10:45 AM when we checked in with DMV. What an amazing experience at this shop! Thank you Team for being here for us! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“They have excellent service .Hank and Leslie are very professional,personable , and honest. I had just gotten my brand new white Honda accord and had ran over a can of lilac spray paint. It went all over the front bumper, hood and everywhere underneath the car. When I got my car back you could not find a drop of lilac anywhere underneath the car and the paint job was fantastic. I've had a few other incidents where they have fixed my car and it's always perfect when I get it back. This is the best body shop in town!!!”

“My family of five was just on a quick vacation in the area, when our family vehicle died. We spent most of the morning trying to find a shop that could fit us in. Aaliyah's was maybe our fourth phone call, we explained the situation, and he told us he could fit us in in about an hour. When we got there, the shop was busy, but staff was very empathetic to our needs, and even offered to give our family a ride to a nearby food place as we hadn't fed the kids yet with all the commotion. They kept us updated with diagnostics, unfortunately our car engine had seen the extent of it's life. They were very compassionate with our situation, and offered amazing assistance to help us get the vehicle towed 140 miles back home, and give us a ride to a rental facility so we could safely get ourselves home. While we were incredibly stressed, and my kids sorely disappointed they didn't get their day at the beach, this shop made things turn out as good as possible. Do not hesitate to contact this shop for any of your needs!”
