They fixed a dent that wasn't covered by my insurance because it wasn't caused by the accident and didn't charge me. I was so,so happy when I saw my car after they were done. “This was my first time using this location since my usually America’s tire in Millbrae is always backed up a few weeks. Since I was in the area, I was able to schedule an appointment online the same day. The service requested was a tire rotation and balance for my tesla model 3. It took about an 1 hour and 15 minutes to be done. The techs and employees were very helpful and I would recommend this shop anytime. Who doesn’t love free rotations and balancing when you purchase tires from them! Great value.”

“Matt and his dad Mike were very professional and put the customer first. They came thru in an emergency to weld a cracked rim. Needed to get back on the road asap since we were out of town guests. I had the car in at 8 and he had the wheel welded and set back up to go before noon. The welding is outsourced so this was a great turn around. This is a well ran business and I will recommend to anyone I know in Salinas.”

“Very highly recommended! I stopped in this past Thursday without an appointment, looking to pinpoint an exhaust system rattling and vibration at idle/low speed. Howard moved my car onto the rack and quickly showed me the source of the problem: a loose heat shield and a crack near the muffler. He gave me a fair estimate and his son started on the repairs. Less than an hour later I was back on the road, my overall expectations greatly exceeded. It's a shame that this level of friendly, personal, and high quality service is now the exception and not the norm.”
