I walked in with two important packages that needed to be shipped out, and I had only five minutes left before the truck was about to leave for two-day shipping. With the holidays around the corner, I was already stressed, but the staff at this location, especially Gloria and Princess, were absolute lifesavers.
From the moment I walked in, they were so warm and welcoming. Instead of rushing me or seeming stressed, they calmly and quickly helped me pack up my items and get them ready to ship, all while keeping a positive attitude.
