“I rarely like to make a complaint, but the owner of this business is a huge hypocrite! I started talking to I believe his name is Kit on December 20th asking him to make me 1000 hats. I have messaged him over six times with no response back. As a professional business I think this way of operating is Hurtful to the consumer! My last message to Sample Customs was-”
“We bought 2 office chairs, 2 desks, and a set of ink carthages for our printer. After tax everything cost $1250. We went to Office Max and the chairs alone for the same quality would have cost over $1300 for only 2. It's not for everyone but I do recommend if you send the money it might be worth the 5 year warranty for $80.”

She was extremely helpful and patient, she was also working alongside her positive coworker that cheerfully greeted us when we walked in.
