“This store always has uhaul trailers in stock, very helpful.
It also has lots of hardware inventory, so you will find very specific bolts, which is very practical.
And this is much closer to my house then Home Depot, making it very convenient”

They had a way better selection of parts than Home Depot or Lowe's and their prices were totally reasonable!”

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a grill. The customer service from the representatives there were great. I gotta say a shout out to Kim who helped us choose a grill. I even changed my mind and chose an Akorn grill. Kim was extremely patient with us, helped us in getting some other items. Kim did an outstanding job, extremely friendly, helpful and I would recommend her for anyone looking into getting a new grill. Enjoyed my time at Lowe’s. “Staff is always friendly and helpful. John, who was moving stuff in the garden department, made me laugh as I was having adhd whilst looking for items for a project. A gentleman from the counter in the lumber area helped me find wood stakes, load them, provided helpful tips, and helped wheel lots of stakes to the register as I was alone.”
“It makes a big difference when you get help in a place that you don't know much about . I wanted to buy laminated tiles ( handyman's suggestion) for my kitchen. I went to Home depot and I have no clue what I'm looking for, or how many pieces I need to buy for 160 square feet area. I asked for help, a lady ( I'm sorry i forgot her name ) came showed me where to find them and explained what is laminate flooring. And figured out how many planks I needed to buy. And she helped me get boarder, and other things that the installer asked for. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure i got the right things. It didn't stop there, the cashier(Nora) was so nice, the manager (Daisy) was amazingly helpful and the guy who helped carrying all this to my van had a nice smile and was so courteous . This is how customer service should be. This is what you call a team work ! Every one was happily doing their job. Way to go Home Depot!! Thank you for making life easier for us .”

He is the manager and has a ton of knowledge to advise novice welders. He has an awesome attitude too, fun guy to talk to.”

“Feed and hardware store. For its size, it has a huge selection of hardware. Went in for a replacement cable for my dishwasher, and they had it, even similarly priced to the big box stores. On a separate day, I needed a new wax rings and anchor bolts for my toliet. Boom it was there and reasonably priced too. Can't beat how conveniently it's located to me.”
