“Very happy with the great staff and very reasonable prices. There is no pressure like you get from typical jewelry stores. I brought in two watches to be sized and two others to have the batteries replaced. The service was quick and they made sure we were happy with the sizing. My wife also purchased a nice replacement chain for her pendent. They also fixed the prongs on her sapphire ring. We will be bringing in her wedding ring soon to have some stones replaced as well.”
