“I don’t understand when people get upset that Jiffy Lube tries to “upsell” you on stuff. They’re just suggesting things to do for your car to run efficiently. I personally LOVE that they separate the items to say what NEEDS to be done and what s should be done soon. Thanks for always providing great customers service Jiffy Lube!”
“Brought my wife's Chevy Traverse in for maintenance. Had them do a full inspection which was very comprehensive with detailed information and photographs. I had them do some needed work on both front and rear brakes, flush out steering lines, brake lines, injector cleaning, change oil and change cabin filter. Traverse is running great, we are very happy to have found a shop that we can call 'our' mechanic. I also bring my Chevy Silverado hd2500 diesel 4x4, which required a lot of engine work. It was costly but so worth it. I haven't felt my truck run this good for at least a decade. I am very, very pleased! The owners and staff are great, friendly, easy going and so knowledgeable. They are my shop for all of my vehicles, they have earned my trust.”
“If you are looking for a professional, yet welcoming experience with your car needs, look no further. We were referred by our son who has been going to this business for a few years. Our son urged us to go see Duke after we had some unfortunate experiences elsewhere. Duke gave us a great price on new tires 2 years ago and we have found Duke and all of his associates to be warm, friendly and knowledgeable concerning all of our automotive needs. He replaced my motor and show me how my old mechanic Mater Tech in Mission Hills place a damaged motor in my car, “showing me how the motor mouth was corroded”, and leaking oils. “Excellent hand wash services. Never disappointed. But, I went in for my first oil change today to go with my wash. I wasn't ever greeted or asked what services I needed. Manuel just looked at my plate and came at me with a clipboard and cost. It was pricey to say the least. After they finished he told me I needed my filters changed. I asked how much they would charge and he told me but said he already closed the invoice so next time. I said he should have asked me I would have had them done. (Being so busy with work during the week). He said that he was too busy!!! There will not be repeat lube service, $84.00 and not worth it. If the car wash has gone down in quality, this will be my last visit after coming here for so long. Usually they do a great job on the wash, we shall see. But lube is overpriced and half a** unwelcoming service.”

“Long-time customer expectations are very high, so he/ she prefers to continue doing business with neighbors' business first. I would advise follow up upon completion of the service, make sure millese tag are up properly and dashboard reset correctly, if adjusted showing oil levels 100% and lastly walk through the cat make sure nothing left behind, just a piece of customer care, job done right ✅️”
