“I want to personally thank AV Self-Storage for their services. This was exactly what we needed while my company was handling a state project on Hwy138 we were able to come in and out Monday through Friday. This made our job super convenient being right around the corner we could grab extra equipment out of our storage at any given moment I thank you all again for your customer service hope you do business again in the future.”
“As a woman who had been in my home for 23 years, the thought of moving felt overwhelming. But my experience at U-Haul made it so much easier than I expected. The young man who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to make sure I got exactly the right size truck for my move no pressure, no rushing, just genuine customer service. That kind of care truly made a difference during what could have been a very stressful time. If you’re facing a big move and feeling unsure, don’t hesitate. The staff here will take good care of you. I highly recommend U-Haul and am grateful for the wonderful assistance I received. Thank you!”

“Great first experience renting a storage unit! Traci, the General Manager, provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated how welcoming and attentive she was. Traci made an excellent first impression, and I’m very happy I chose this location. Highly recommend!”
“I would highly recommend this uhaul location and storage. Friendly staff and easy to locate our stuff. We have another storage facility downtown in a terrible high traffic area which is awful to get in and out of compared to this amazing facility.”
“I called them a few months ago cause another Uhaul location couldn't help me after they gave me an outta state trailer with seriously bald tires, as I was about to go out of state myself, (partially my fault for ALSO not inspecting them). The gentleman here, about to close, on a Sunday, insisted on going to another Uhaul location, in another town, to pick up the new right sized tires, and returned to install them. My hat's off to them for caring about safety 1st, and going above and beyond!!!”
“Employee was super helpful. I would hire for my business if I was able to. Very knowledgeable and understanding which was helpful for someone like me who dosent regularly tow trailers.”
“This was only a drop off for me on April 6th of a 20 ft truck. Was very easy All steps along the way were surprisingly easy. I pre-rented the truck or I guess reserved it you would say I picked it up we filled it up and we I drove it out here to Antelope valley no problems. When we were done I dropped it off a mile from my house after filling the gas tank and it was smooth. Just dropped it off showed him the paper I think he signed something and that was it. I really liked the convenience.”
“Very serene peaceful merchant. If they would only stop vandalizing his location He could make his coin. I support you Sir. In and Out . The mobile app sped up the process.”
“ALH Truck Rentals is top-notch! It was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. The agent was so kind, knowledgeable, and terrific; he made the rental experience fun and easy. My daughter, who was with me, even said what a great location it was and how she looked forward to coming back when we turned in the truck. I would very highly recommend doing your U-Haul rentals at ALH Truck Rentals if you want great service and an easy rental experience. Great job! Thank you, U-Haul, for having such a terrific representative for your service!”

“The U-Haul rental process was as swift as I have ever had a U-Haul rental. The employee was quick and professional, and got me on my way with minimal delay. The drop off was very quick as well.”
“Thanks to Sam on my recent rental truck. It was great and he was the best on letting me know what needed to be done. I had never rented a 26ft'r before and was very grateful for his help. I will probably go back to them again. I was able to get a lot done that day and was glad I went to their business to get the truck. I wish all businesses in the AV were like this one. Get your truck there you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Sam for your patience and direction to me.”
“It's not just a truck rental place!!! There is a super cool antique shop and recycling center. The kitty is super sweet and loves attention. There's also a mini horse there that will make you think he's going to come up to you but just stand there flipping his tail. I could spend an entire day roaming around there. Definitely a hidden gem!”
“The entrance is off Palmdale Blvd not 15th St E. If you DO turn onto 15th just look across the small field. You'll figure it out easy enough. Twice I've rented there snd haven't has any problems. The folks there are nice.”
