“So we found ourselves dropped at a car rental place in California and hour from where we were supposed to be staying in San Diego. We're from Indiana. Long story short. The young man at the Enterprise in Ramona, ( I believe he was the manager at this location) went out of his way to help us out of a bad situation. He was kind ,respectful, and genuinely cared about the situation we were left in. Not sure how it would have turned out without his help. I wish I could remember his name. I hope this review finds it way to him. Thank you so much. You saved us”
