“Best experience ever at any rental car facility, due to Michael!!I have a big thank you and kudos to give to Michael at the Budget/Avis Rental facility at 2040 Auto Park Way in Escondido.I got there near closing time as I would ned to return the rental later the following day.Michael informed me that they were out of the car type I reserved, but he’d be happy to give me an electric car instead. I explained my concern, given I had never driven an electric car and needed the rental for a job interview in LA.He didn’t force the issue; he was empathetic to my concern and thought quickly. In reviewing the inventory, he found there was one gas car available, but the previous customer returned it thrashed, with dog hair and smelly. He let me know if I would wait, he’d go to the carwash and clean it. I offered to take it as is, and he insisted on the standard of the vehicle he provided.Not only did he go to the car wash, he thoroughly vacuumed it, and deodorized it. When I received the car it was like new!! Michael heard my concern, got creative, and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease with my rental. Michael even gave me a high-level overview of car intricacies.I was surprised to find out he was not the owner because I have never received that level of service with a car rental, anywhere.In summary, Michael heard my concern and was so kind and professional, and though he offered to provide me with a walk-through to build my assurance, he didn’t try to guilt me. He went above and beyond to get me in the car I needed to feel confident in my ability to make the 2.5-hour commute to my interview.I Thank God for the blessing of Michael and outstanding customer service and professionalism in a critical time.Thank you, Michael, and thank you, Avis!”

“When traveling via car I always try to make a point to rent from Avis. Luckily they usually have the cheapest options as well. Michael is a legend. He's very friendly and takes care of his loyal customers. Only issue I've ever had is one evening they ran out of cars, but they were able to forward our reservation with another car rental company for the same prices”

“I absolutely love this place, The customer service, the prices, and the cars. Luckily I got to interact with everyone which was such a nice experience because I got a ride from Kia to greenleaf by Bryan and he was so nice on the way to our destination, then when I got to Greenleaf Sebastian was there to help me with my rental but he had to go and then Yesenia took over and both experiences with Sebastian and Yesenia were amazing, super nice. Lastly once I rented my car Sarah went outside with me to take pictures of the car and making sure it was clean and ready for me to go, she was super nice as well. Overall this was all a great experience here at Greenleaf rent a car and I 100 percent recommend this place to everyone it was amazing and I can’t wait to rent another car here :)”
