“I have an older Tacoma work truck, that I could not pinpoint the issue on, I reached out to T.O.E and was connected efficiently to “Pat” who made room for me in his schedule and immediately and thoroughly explored the issue, the team there had my vehicle in the following morning and in one day replaced the timing belt and traced the problem i was facing to a sensor…the y replaced both and i was back on the road ready to work the following morning at 7 am. Solid experience…Very grateful for the digital communication and the personal care exhibited by Pat and the whole team…Thank you!”

“We had an Amazing experience at this bodyshop. For context, i am a full time student and get into a minor collision with another individual who also had financial constraints and we decided to take care of the damages without using our insurance. The owner of this shop, Terek, did everything he could to work within our budget while still delivering top quality work. When we did not have the sufficient funds to cover the cost of a broken part, he made it work by ordering a used one and making sure it will still perform just as good in my car. Terek also worked much faster than other few experiences ive had, which made finding the appropriate window of time a breeze. Accidents are never fun, but I am grateful for knowing about this autobody shop as i will be visiting them should the need ever arises. I loved the fair and fast service that they offered.”

“It's the first time I've been here. And the experience couldn't have gone better. I needed my car done quickly, as I had work. So when I made the appointment, I did it first thing in the morning, at 7 a.m. I dealt with John Suckling, who couldn't have been nicer. He assured me with the things I wanted done, there wouldn't be a problem getting out of there at a reasonable time. He was right. “The man working there on October 30th at 4:30pm deserves a raise and a paid vacation. He ran through about 7-8 customers both returns and pickups by himself in the 30 mins I was there. Also dealt with an issue my rental car had and replaced it on the spot. Pleasant and professional the whole time even though he was clearly swamped. Made time to show folks who were visiting the cool spots, scenic drives, and local nightlife etc. Top tier employee you have there.”
