“I have an older Tacoma work truck, that I could not pinpoint the issue on, I reached out to T.O.E and was connected efficiently to “Pat” who made room for me in his schedule and immediately and thoroughly explored the issue, the team there had my vehicle in the following morning and in one day replaced the timing belt and traced the problem i was facing to a sensor…the y replaced both and i was back on the road ready to work the following morning at 7 am. Solid experience…Very grateful for the digital communication and the personal care exhibited by Pat and the whole team…Thank you!”

“Just an update: Yes still love these folks and a very special shout out to JACKSON who so kindly helped me at 5:45pm switch out a rental from another location with such professional service! He seemed to be the only one helping out so he was quite busy, but so helpful and friendly! Thank you Jackson, you saved this old lady for certain!!! I’ve used this location for over 7 years and have nothing but great service! The staff is so friendly and professional, the cars always clean with no mechanical issues ever!”

“I have used Avis in Escondido, under Michael’s great leadership for the last few years. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company who has a leader who is on top of all aspects of the business. Michael values his customers and makes sure the business of renting a car is done on a first class basis. As they say, “Try it, you”ll like it!””

“Stopped by here to see if we could exchange our electric vehicle for a gas car, hoping to make the switch. Unfortunately we weren’t able to make the swap, but Michael’s amazing service made up for it! He took his time to get us familiar with everything in our electric vehicle, and made a few adjustments for us. We didn’t originally rent from this location, so he really did go above & beyond for us to make sure we were set and comfortable. Thank you Michael!!”

“It's the first time I've been here. And the experience couldn't have gone better. I needed my car done quickly, as I had work. So when I made the appointment, I did it first thing in the morning, at 7 a.m. I dealt with John Suckling, who couldn't have been nicer. He assured me with the things I wanted done, there wouldn't be a problem getting out of there at a reasonable time. He was right. They called me when the car was done (I was having breakfast around the corner). I will be bringing my car here any time it needs anything. Thanks for the great service.”

“Great experience! Sivo was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my concerns with respect. I recently rented two vehicles the past month and both were clean and filled with gas. I will continue to rent vehicles from this location. Great customer service!”
