“The staff was very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. And I asked him about another service and they looked it up. Gave me the price but told me that my vehicle wasn’t due for that service at this time so there should be no need for me to get it instead of trying to sell me something. I didn’t really need. I appreciate the honesty.”

“Friendly service, easy to use wash ports and reasonably priced. You can use either cash to get tokens or credit card. If you have a taller vehicle, there are 2 stalls you can use which allow you to clean the roof of your vehicle easily.”
“Large stalls, it is clean, is designed for large vehicles (RV', Large trucks). It's great for cars as there is a lot of room in the bays. Pay with a credit or debit card. Get 4 minutes at first. If additional time is needed, you can add time by pressing a button on the system.
When I drive by at night, it is well lit. I have only used it during the day.
There are vacuums located just after you leave the bays. You can purchase towels and stuff from a vending machine.
It is a nice car wash.”

“The last few times I’ve used this place, the “spot free rinse” does not leave my car spot free… I’m going to have to go down to the Poway Self Serve wash just to get these water spots off…. Disappointed, as this has always been my go-to place, but this is the third time I’ve had terrible water spots.”

“My husband's truck was overdue for a wash and wax and when I saw K2 advertise a couple of appointments at 15% off we splurged on a full detail. Wyatt and Enrique came and spent nearly 3 hours making the truck look new again! I felt the price was very reasonable too.Imen was super responsive and friendly when setting up the appointment and following up with arrival times as well.
