“They did an amazing job putting in a timing chain for my 3v f150 with oem parts for a great price and solid work., a few months go by a d like all fords its another issue. Lol Went in to have my vehicle checked out and diagnosed turned out to possibly be something he doesnt do (transmission 4wd) also diagnosed some electrical issues im having. Went to pick up and bring to the transmission shop he referred upon awaiting to pay for the diagnostic he did me a massive solid saving me a bunch of money. Sometimes when you just find a service station that is honest and amazing they literally made my week and gained a repeat customer”

“The worst part of any auto shop is knowing there is going to be unknowns. Well that and it’s gonna prob hurt! I hate writing reviews but I think with companies like this, these are important. You’re lacing your trust in someone to tell you what’s wrong, how much, and to be honest. In today’s world….scary.
That all being said…..
With RAE I went in thinking this all let’s be honest. I can say, after dealing with the RAE staff my worries were reduced. I knew going in this was going to hurt, but I can say, their goal was to make it painless as possible. That means a lot.
The staff made sure they didn’t provide me one option or path to corrections. There was no surprises.
If you’re looking for an honest place, knowledgeable techs, and a front office driven to make you as comfortable as possible.
Needless to say, I drive out of my way just to have them work on my stuff.

“Quick turnaround and great service! Called Ramona Tire Pros looking for specific tires, they didn't have them on hand, but got them in the next day, notified me by text that they had arrived, then we're able to get me in for install that afternoon!
When done they also, without being pushy about it at all, told me my brake pads were almost due for replacement, and that the last place that put on my rear tires did it wrong and didn't clock my outer rear wheels correctly.
While they couldn't do an alignment on my long bed dually truck, it wasn't a surprise most shops can't, but I was surprised when they immediately referred me to a place that actually could! I had called around to every place in and around San Diego on and off for over a year searching for a place and they were the first ones to point me in the right direction! 5 stars isn't enough for that kind of help!”

I was visiting Ramona when my car notified me that one of my tires was low (25 PSI). I stopped at the closest tire shop and Ernesto was incredibly helpful. Instead of just adding air, he explained that for safety reasons it would be best to remove the tire and inspect it. Turns out, I had TWO punctures! He patched them right up and even took the time to explain how much life I had left on my tires and how to check for wear.
Great service all around! It was really hot and they even brought me a cold water while I waited. As a woman coming in by myself, I never felt like they were trying to upsell or overcharge me.
When I need new tires, I’ll definitely be coming back. Hopefully Ernesto is still there!”
