I had vinyl flooring installed in the kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. I recommend this company over others. The entire process was great. No problems. Very professional.

He was available (both for the estimate, the process while deciding on installation details and during the installation itself), communicative and patient with all of our questions. He definitely gets five stars for excellent customer service. We are loving our new floors and appreciate Zach for making it a much easier experience.

Melissa and her team at flooring buyer were amazing to work with. They were prompt in availability, and had a good selection. After installation my kitchen sink flood in the walls, shortly after. They came out immediately to remove the floors so they didn't absorb the water and to preserve them. They then came back to reinstall them once everything was dried out, saving the life of my floors. Good people, not trying to gouge you, or hook you with good prices then charging you for all the small stuff. Id diffidently hire them again.

Everything went so well with the installation of our carpet. The installers were so good and cleaned up so well by vacuuming when done and sweeping after they took the old carpet out. I will definitely recommend to friends!

The customer service here is above and beyond. I am not a CA resident and was unable to find a particular kind of flooring in my own city. Desperate, I called these guys and Gustavo helped me when nobody else at other stores nearby would. I can't say enough how thankful I am. I wish there was a store like this near me.

I recently had new carpet installed by Flooring Buyer, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
It all started with Mr. Gustavo, the sales advisor, who was incredibly professional, courteous, and kind. He wasn’t pushy at all when giving us an estimate, which I greatly appreciated. What stood out the most was his confidence in his quote—he even encouraged me to shop around, knowing the value Flooring Buyer offered would speak for itself. Gustavo was a true gentleman disguised as a carpet advisor, and he made the process easy and stress-free.

Our Interior floors and carpet really needed an update after it's last one 15-20 years ago. We went to several flooring / carpet places in the area. Gustavo helped us look at options and politely answered miles and miles of questions! This is not a small investment. Besides decision assistance, Gustavo is also one of the estimators - and he did do our estimate. This is where the details really matter. Because he has had previous experience as an installer, I really felt he knew what he was talking about on how to best execute. After several estimates it became clear that Flooring Buyer was the best choice in terms of value! The communication was flawless, they stuck to the schedule and the work was extremely high quality. In two instances, they did above and beyond tasks just to meet my expectations - where they could have technically argued that it was my task to do. Thank you Flooring Buyer and Gustavo!

I will be recommending Carpets Plus to all of my clients! I ordered Coretec flooring and had it installed by Carpets Plus. Terry came over multiple times to make sure I loved the product and the color was perfect for my home. Serge and Yuri did a fantastic job with installation. They kept my home as clean as possible during the install, they were polite and considerate, they did any touch ups that were necessary. I am very happy with my new floors and the process.

Service is great. Sales & the from desk clerk is super helpful. When I left a message, I received a return call the next day. When I bought laminate floors, the customer service rep helped me load the product in the car. I definitely recommend buying product from this business!

It takes a special sort of lack of integrity to tell someone "at least we're not avoiding your phone calls or anything" prior to avoiding someone's phone calls for better than a month.Since July, I've been looking for straight answers on a flooring product that is warranted (verified with the manufacturer directly) but hasn't yet been submitted to them for a claim by the seller/installer (also verified). The reps here get awfully emotional about something as simple as a failed floor.I brought my business here for 20 years, and it was always a high-integrity outfit. Sadly, it seems, the original owner sold.The new owner of Carpet's Plus will brag to you on the phone about how many millions of dollars of product he moves from big named flooring companies, but can't stand behind a 211 square foot failure that looks like it was caused by the resident being wheelchair bound, not a one-time leaky dishwasher event, according to three different professionals I had take a look.Not sure I'll ever get the call-back I've been promised, or that they'll ever submit for the warranty coverage, as requested, but I figured maybe letting other people know about the issue will get some attention.Nice folks when your money is still in your pocket, once it's in their pocket, you're dead to them. Good luck.

Very professional and on time, on budget. The team of installers were very detail oriented and know the industry. We had most floors changed and it was crazy, they moved furniture and cleaned as they went. Melissa is the best, we needed special treatment.

Good people. Terry, the owner was very patient and helpful in selecting the right carpet for our rental. No nonsense. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
