“Took my new nonresponsive Samsung A16 cellphone for set up/repair. The friendly people there gave it immediate attention and had it set up and operational within minutes. “This is my go to 7-11 for everything. Good prices on beer and love the discounts I get being a member. They have random discounts all the time. A lot of individuals that work there know me and say hello all the time. But there’s also those employees who act like they don’t recognize return customers and asking me to turn my ID around to check my face for what? First of all, I shouldn’t have to provide my ID every single time I want to purchase anything that requires an age limit of 21+. Never in my life have I seen a system where they have to keep scanning my ID each time I want to buy something. That is stressing the employee and customer out. Very inefficient. Also the lady who drives the big white Tahoe needs to change her attitude. You work at 7-11 at age 50+ cut it out lol. Thanks to my favorite employees there, they the reason why I always go back and show love.”
“This T mobile has good service. Wait times weren't too bad. I was in for a warranty exchange, Stephen Adrada helped me change over all my data to the new phone, he was very patient. He even helped me get a replacement for my old T mobile modem. No my phone and home Internet work much better.”

My hands were full, I ordered a pizza I bought a 12 pk of Pepsi and a bag of ice. One of the cashier's helped me carry my stuff to my car. I was so shocked. You don't see that kind of courtesy around anymore not even at hotels for that matter. You have to ask for assistance. I thanked the cashier and was very giddy about it all day. I told everyone how nice the 711 employees are!
That one small gesture made my day. Be kind and go above and beyond you might just make someone have a better day. And kindness is free.
