“I had an outstanding experience with Sacramento Electronic Supply Company. They had exactly the parts I needed, and their customer service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt, the Vice President of Sales, who personally handled my order. He treated me like family, took the time to answer my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was able to place my order securely over the phone, and it was shipped the very same day via UPS. It’s refreshing to find a company that combines knowledgeable service with genuine care for its customers. I highly recommend Sacramento Electronic Supply Company to anyone looking for quality electronic parts and first-class customer service.”

“Took my new nonresponsive Samsung A16 cellphone for set up/repair. The friendly people there gave it immediate attention and had it set up and operational within minutes. Tremendous customer service and they did it at no charge. In my book, they are the best. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to give them my very highest recommendation. 5 stars!!!”

“Awesome selection of used specialty electronic equipment. I bought some rare camcorders sight unseen and they were exactly as described. Also shipped very quickly, which is rare for the west coast! Highly recommend if you're looking for old school video and audio equipment or just anything else electronic related.”

“Doesn't get any better or easier than this to have your computer repaired. Jim was great to work with from initial phone call to picking up repaired computer. Communicated with me when he committed to and finished the job when he promised. Thanks Jim, great experience. I enjoyed talking with you. I will recommend you and your shop at any opportunity.”

“Wanted to let people know that Mykell at Metro PCS bt T-Mobile on Coloma & Sunrise Blvd location was more than helpful with our family issues and was very professional, polite, a pleasure to meet and conduct our family business. Would recommend coming back to this location for our future connectivity needs because of our positive experience with Mykell! Thank you, Craig Harper”

“I would like to recognize Keaume for his excellent customer service. I have interacted with him on four separate occasions, and each time he has been professional, attentive, and very helpful. He takes the initiative to approach customers when he notices they may need assistance, which I truly appreciate. While my customer service experiences at this location have been inconsistent, Keaume consistently stands out. I hope Target management recognizes him for his professionalism and exceptional service.”

“This is my go to 7-11 for everything. Good prices on beer and love the discounts I get being a member. They have random discounts all the time. A lot of individuals that work there know me and say hello all the time. But there’s also those employees who act like they don’t recognize return customers and asking me to turn my ID around to check my face for what? First of all, I shouldn’t have to provide my ID every single time I want to purchase anything that requires an age limit of 21+. Never in my life have I seen a system where they have to keep scanning my ID each time I want to buy something. That is stressing the employee and customer out. Very inefficient. Also the lady who drives the big white Tahoe needs to change her attitude. You work at 7-11 at age 50+ cut it out lol. Thanks to my favorite employees there, they the reason why I always go back and show love.”

“Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. My hands were full, I ordered a pizza I bought a 12 pk of Pepsi and a bag of ice. One of the cashier's helped me carry my stuff to my car. I was so shocked. You don't see that kind of courtesy around anymore not even at hotels for that matter. You have to ask for assistance. I thanked the cashier and was very giddy about it all day. I told everyone how nice the 711 employees are! That one small gesture made my day. Be kind and go above and beyond you might just make someone have a better day. And kindness is free. 😃”
