“The staff at this location is what makes it a 5-star review. Many thanks to K. We stopped by during the week and the store was empty. As soon as we walked in, K greeted us and allowed us to let him know why we were there. He did not try to upsell or anything but instead gave us his honest opinion about selecting the best option to save money. He was very genuine. We came in for a usual upgrade but went another route based on K's recommendation. Even though we had to get new phone numbers, the price for the new plan, phone and accessories was VERY affordable. Like i said, he did not try to upsell or push me to pay more than I needed to based on what I was seeking for my family members. He was super friendly and customer service oriented. He was respectable, personable AND honest. He even gave me a heads up about the 1st bill appearing more than what was agreed upon and advised me to just come into the store to get the first billing corrected. And I did just that. I actually waited to write this review to see if everything would go as planned as K had advised.
I came in a few days before the actual payment was due. K wasn't isnt the shop at the time. I believe the other staff member was named Sam (wears glasses, and has semi long hair, well put together as well). Sam was great too! He basically left off where K did for my family and me. I told him what K had advised me the month before and he knew exactly what to do. It was seamless! After Sam fixed whatever needed to be fixed in the system, he directed me to just go home and make the payment online to save an extra $5 if I were to make the payment in store. Like K, Sam went above and beyond!
If you're able to be helped my K or Sam then you're lucky. But based on both individual's performances, I'm sure all the staff that do work there are just as exceptional. Great experience at the W. El Camino Metro PCS location overall.”

“I was rather impressed with Anthony and his multitasking trying to help 2 customers, one of which he was on the phone trying to find a CSR who was multilingual to explain something to one of the customers he was dealing with. He than turned to me, immediately thanked me for my patience & I get it (I worked at the Sears located at Arden Fair Mall), explained to him why I was there today...he explained to me what i needed to know, and left. Apparently he has also helped my dad (its a family account w/ me being the primary account holder), so he knew the basics of what I was trying to understand. Excellent worker, deserves ??!!!”

Up the street was another store we went to first. We showed up at the Metro by T-Mobile down the the street at10:30 to look at some accessories. (They were supposed open at 10:00am) Walked up to the entrance and young lady was just opening the front door. We stood and waited for about five minutes looking at her inside the store. We tried to open the front door in hopes to get her attention. She was ignoring us. A good customer service staff person would have turned around said I am sorry I am running late I can help you in a few minutes. We would have been understanding. Nothing.
I am happy we ended up at this location because I do not want to spend my money at the other store! So I am letting everyone know use this store not horrible place down the road!”
