“I decided to BBQ last minute last night. No meat thawed out so naturally, we made a quick run to TM. There is always a great selection of meat to choose from and it's always a hit. We went with some Pork Tocino and Chicken Thighs yesterday. Both delicious and marinated to perfection. You won't be disappointed.
There is some pantry items available for sale as well.
The service is quick and friendly. The store is located in a busy shopping center but has ample parking available.”

“One of the most organized and beautiful European markets I’ve ever been to in Sacramento so far! This place was also recommended to me by my Ukrainian coworker/friend. It’s a small market but they make use of it by offering so many items such as cakes, fresh produce, lots of candy & snacks, frozen items, pantry items, and the usual fish/meats, breads, and cheeses. I am greeted in their language and I don’t understand a thing, but every shopping experience has been pleasant and the ladies working there are all so nice and wonderful! Lately my obsession are the cheesecake bars! This place doesn’t have dadu like Teremok but they have many other brands and hope to keep discovering. I love working less than 10 minutes away and I hope to stop by every once in a while to grab my favorite items or try to experience new things I might like in the future. Please check this place out if you’re into imported or Eastern Euro cuisine/treats!

PS: on 3/6/26 @ 7pm- the young woman who rang me up then said “you are beautiful” made me want to cry happy tears- you are so kind and beautiful as well! ??”

“Rating this a 5 because that's exactly what it deserves. I've had a lot of (real) jerky and this is one of the best, easily accessable jerky brands you can get in the Sacramento area. I never thought I would need to post a review for this jerky but when I saw some 1 star reviews and people whining about it being tough I figured somebody needs to say something. If you didn't like tough or cattlemen cut jerky then go eat that fake, minced, processed crap. If you want actual jerky made from an actual cut of meat then try this and you will love it.
I hate seeing the 1 star reviews from people that don't like actual jerky. This is a great company that doesn't deserve ratings like that. Those type of reviews are like going swimming and then complaining later because you hate water. Grow up and start eating real jerky or keep eating that soft garbage that uses questionable beef.

I have nothing to to with SMC but I appreciate people who take their craft seriously. Keep up the good work.”

“Exceptional customer service. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Shelves are always fully stocked and clean. Delicious food and bread and pastries are sold fresh everyday at their bakery. Fresh veggies and herbs are available daily. There's wide selection of cooking utensils and fine dinnerware available. The butcher is very clean with fresh meat available daily. I highly recommend Sunrise Halal Market for your one stop shop. Thank you.”

“You need a little Spanish here sometimes and it takes awhile to get waited on sometimes at the taqueria but it’s worth it! I wish they had made from scratch aguas Frescas and horchata, that would make it 5 stars for me ?”

“Very nice staff and quick unloading. The only issue is 53ft trailers w/full size sleepers have no business coming down here. I assumed the unloading would be done in front where the blue gate entrance is at but it’s not it’s done in the rear brown building for long trailers. The rear docks are meant for box trucks and maybe a daycab could get by but it’s a tight spot. There’s an electricity pole right in front on the dock that’s next to the street and it doesn’t let you straighten up completely on dock which isn’t terrible since they have a ramp that does go down far out enough for them to get in and out of trailer. Your cab will be sticking out on to the sidewalk/street because of the electricity pole that’s in the way there’s yellow poles surrounding it from where previous trucks have hit it so be careful. There’s consistent car/pedestrian traffic as you’re trying to back up and if there’s cars parked out on the curve it does make it a little more tedious to back in. You NEED to know how to back if coming down here, you’re offsetting blind slide. I called a few minutes before I arrived to make sure it’s clear to back in so I do advise y’all do the same to make sure you’re backing into the right place and let them know you’re not a box truck driver but hauling a 53ft trl.”

“I had a great experience with Abdul Maruf Raufi at Saba Live Poultry. He works at the front desk and provides outstanding customer service. I needed chickens, beef, and goat meat, and he handled everything professionally and efficiently.

Abdul is very skilled in his work and clearly knows the products well. He has excellent communication skills and explains everything clearly and respectfully. What impressed me most was his great attitude — he is friendly, welcoming, and makes customers feel comfortable and valued.

If you visit Saba Live Poultry, I highly recommend asking for Abdul Maruf Raufi. You will receive excellent service!”

“I recently discovered B and B Halal Grocery Meat and Market in Fair Oaks, and I must say, I'm really impressed! Compared to other stores, their prices are noticeably cheaper, which is a huge plus for anyone trying to stick to a budget. They also have an excellent selection of Sri Lankan groceries that’s hard to find elsewhere.

What I love most about B and B is the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff. They’re always ready to assist, whether you’re looking for specific ingredients or just browsing. Plus, the quality of the meats is top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!”
