Keto Diet choices:
serves 3 to 6 people
Sabzi Kookoo quiche mix,
Sabzi Ash soup mix, and
Sabzi Polo chicken mix,
Instructions are on each package. Mix water in can-like package, let it soak for an hour, add any additional ingredients, pour into pan and cook as directed.
I find covered on low heat works nicely for about 30 minutes to an hour if patient. Higher heat and 7 minutes and flip for 3 minutes works. But the texture isn’t as nice and consistent.
Roasting onion slivers and sour cream to garnish adds diversity in flavors and texture.

“I've been through so many Grocery Outlets in the Bay area. But this one is so clean, organized an easy to shop. There are actually a lot of options for someone who's vegan, if I bought this at another health food store it would have been twice the amount. This will be my new Grocery Outlet.”

“Always Busy, Friendly, Hited security folks present, very clean stote for all the volume of people shopping. Occasionally they run out of thos small green bags for veggies, fruits & vegetables. This needs to be addressed, as its s must have to use for small items like parsley, celery, cilantro etc. O n ly hiccup in my opinion is pallets blocking isle when its busy during the day. Thought restock was, should be at nite. Even dangerous with these stacked so high, might ought to rethink stocking only a night.”
