Customer service was great and the employee was very helpful. The employee had a lot of information on all the different phones and was nice enough to help pick a case. Sometimes they're there when you need them and sometimes they're not. It's an okay place and not all stores know everything. Transfer from boost mobile to metro took hours and I'm not a patient individual honestly and the employee was very helpful through every step.
