“I went to make a simple payment on my phone bill and would like to compliment on the staff that was working there and helped me with my payment. It was a really nice girl, her name is Ashley and she was just the nicest most kind girl. She greeted me so enthusiastically like we were long time friends and she was waiting for me. I want to praise her for her excellent customer service, she was so helpful and happy that it made me happy! I don't know who hired her, but great job!”

“Very nice people and easy to deal with. Everything was explained and price for the repairs was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to them if repair of any device is needed in the future.”

“I had a wonderful experience despite the miserable circumstances that brought me to the store. Staff was so friendly, welcoming and relatable. I haven’t been in the subscriber for my cell service in almost 20 years and was very intimidated, but the experience was very comfortable and I felt well cared for throughout.”

“Abby was amazing!! She gave me a killer deal with a iPhone 14. Service is amazing, super friendly customer service got the phone delivered from another store in like 5 min. She truly made an 8 year old boys dreams come true! We went phone shopping for almost a week and then found this jack pot of a place. I highly recommend.”

“Honestly it's been several years since Metros' in-store associates customer service skills have been this surprisingly fantastic! It took the girl at the counter less than 5 minutes to fix something I had been trying to fix since I got the phone in May...it's August 4th lol And she was the associate who sold me the phone in May! She made that whole visit extra easy and quick too! I hope the boss knows what a valuable associate they have at this location. Thank you!”

“Took my new nonresponsive Samsung A16 cellphone for set up/repair. The friendly people there gave it immediate attention and had it set up and operational within minutes. Tremendous customer service and they did it at no charge. In my book, they are the best. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to give them my very highest recommendation. 5 stars!!!”
