“Last night 8/16/2023 I called this location and talked with a lady by the name Bianca. Asked about iPhones since my son broke his and my husband wants to replace his phone. She told me what she has and that we qualify for upgrades etc. We went up to the store no one was there at the time but us. When we walked in she greeted us with a great smile and hello. I told her I just called she remembered me and had other suggestions. At that time (NO LIE) about 3 other Families walked in. She greeted them all told them to give her a bit and she would be right with them. To sum this up she helped get us finished up and we stayed a bit to set up our phones. While doing so just watching her with other customers and how patient she was with still having like 8 more people after us. I would recommend coming to this location and we will be back next month to upgrade my phone and the grandsons. Thank you so much Bianca I was having a horrible day not to mention start of a week that I wanted ended but you really made me smile and went home to know that there are patient and kind people that can really turn around your whole day if not week with kind words and understanding.Thank youDana and Family”

“My iPhone 14 started acting up, and from what I read online, it was probably due to the last update, even though that was a few weeks previous. I called ATT Customer Service three times to get help; they checked my home internet, and the wi-fi service was fine. Yet my phone said I had no internet, even though I could open some apps. I finally went to this ATT store (I didn't get their names), but she fixed it! It turns out it was my VPNs causing the issue. What a relief! This will be the store I go to if I ever have a problem again and will buy my next iPhone here.”

“I actually like Cricket wireless, but I do have one major issue with them. When my husband and I started our service with them, we got 2 free phones with the startup service. The sales clerk told me at the time, that if we didn't like our phones, or if anything at all was wrong with them, to just bring one or both of them back to the store within the first 7 days, and they would replace them for free. My husband's phone had something seriously wrong with from the very first day. I took the phone back to the store on the third day, and the sales clerk wouldn't take it back, or replace it like the original clerk that helped me said. This second clerk gave me a phone number and said I had to call this number and send the phone back to the company in order to have it replaced. This is very inconvenient for me, and it is not what the first sales clerk told me. I think that it is very important that this company honor what they tell their customers, because if they don't honor it, it makes the customer have to go out of their way to get their phone replaced, and this is not right. Now my husband has a phone that has never worked properly and we have to go through a lot of unnecessary stuff in order to get his phone replaced. Not good Cricket Wireless!”

“I am grateful to have found this business through a basic Cell Phones class that the owner teaches through Davis Adult Ed. It was a well organized and very helpful short course. I am now feeling much more confident in how to manage data, avoid paying for more iCloud storage and especially great answers on security questions. In addition, Louie provided a no pressure opportunity to purchase a screen protector and other items if we wished and he would install for us. I will definitely recommend them and use again when I need help with my phone.”
