U-Haul of Rancho Cordova offers a variety of moving services, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage solutions. Customers have had mostly positive experiences at this location. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, particularly noting the assistance received during trailer hitch installations. One customer highlighted how easy the check-in process was and praised the staff for their instructions and support. However, there are some concerns regarding the condition of the vehicles. A customer reported that a truck rented had high mileage, causing discomfort during the drive. Additionally, there were issues with renting equipment, as a customer was informed they needed to purchase a furniture dolly instead of renting one. Overall, U-Haul of Rancho Cordova is recognized for its efficient service, easy reservations, and pleasant customer interactions, despite some vehicle condition concerns and rental discrepancies.
