“I purchased a 2015 Lexus back in August. I saw the car on line and contacted them. Pedro was cordial and sent me pictures, a video and answered my questions. I finally went to see it and decided to get it. I noticed a couple of things that needed some attention. I also asked what else is wrong with it? We did the paperwork and he agreed to deliver it to me the following week. Which he did.
After driving it for a couple of days I noticed a slight noise. Decided to have the Lexus dealer give the car the once over to find out everything. Contacted Golden State and was told they'd get back to me. I got ghosted. Sent text messages. Was told, I'll get back to you. Got ghosted some more. Became frustrated with Pedro as he was not returning calls or texts. Decided to drop in on a Saturday. Surprise! I came in asking to speak with the owner. Now Pedro wants to talk with me. I was so done. The owner came out to speak with me. Very nice man Alex I believe was his name. He wasn't happy about his guys not getting back to me. Said he'd get things taken care of. We made an appointment for me to bring it in, they gave me a loaner for a week, as they had to wait on a part. The navigation in my Lexus was not working and that was the issue I was contacting them about. Got a call a week later and was told my car was ready. Returned their loaner (2017 Audi) and picked up my Lexus. The car is great, my interaction with the owner was fantastic, and my stars are for him and the folks that fixed the problem. The customer service or follow-up of a couple of their guys needs a little help.
Car runs great, navigation is fine.
Would I buy from them again? Its entirely possible.”

“Years ago, I purchased a BMW from a 5-star dealership ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️, which was a great car ?, but I regret the purchase due to the necessity of replacing the piping underneath the car every two years. I am uncertain whether Neighborhood Garage Service in Rancho Cordova, off Coloma Drive, still services cars, but their personnel are very knowledgeable about their vehicles. We have also purchased an Acura from them, which was the best one ☝️, and we never experienced any problems. I plan to buy another car from this dealership, but I suggest exercising caution and having Jesse from Neighborhood Garage inspect the vehicle before purchase. They may allow this, and it is possible they will be present during the inspection. I recommend taking the car to Jesse for a check-up. Would you consider purchasing one of their cars? If this is the same company and individual I used to interact with at the McDonald's drive-through window on Folsom Boulevard, I can attest that they are reputable people. I will post an update after purchasing my next car, but the price is slightly higher than expected, although the timing is ideal.”

“I'm a full-blown grease monkey. Which surprises, well, a lot of people. Pick-n-Pull is a toy store. I can get lost in there having fun. Every car, every make, every model. I can definitely find things there that I can't find in an auto store, or I just can't see myself paying for at an auto store. Like a front passenger window. New is 599.00 pick n pull was a 1/4 that price. Staff are friendly, and helpful "inside".As far as being "outside.";) play play play play. Wear your mechanic suit, put on your gloves, bring your tools and go at it.”
