Steven let us know the correct address because there are two locations called Triple Crown Auto! I told him I was traveling far to test drive the car. When we arrived, the car was put on the side of the building for us to test drive, one of the most personable acts I've ever seen by anyone selling a product. We were able to test drive the car quickly. There were only two staff members available, and it was the first sunny weekend, so it was a bit of a wait due to other buyers in the car lot. The pricing was upfront and transparent. No hidden costs. It was an overall pleasant visit. I'm writing this review because their office contacted us a month later. The DMV tags were shipped back to the dealership due to a mishap. What amazed me was that their customer service did not end when we drove the car off the lot. They contacted us to ensure they could send the tags to the correct address. Accommodating, patient, and humorous staff!”
