They had great reviews, and have been in business for a very long time.
After meeting Sal and the owner, I felt like I made the right choice.
This car is her baby, and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of.
During the repair process, we were kept informed on the progress. The price did not increase from the estimate, and the day that we picked up the car we were amazed. The work was incredible, the car looked like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor!

They were able to get the new taillight the following day and change it out at a time that was convenient for me. He also addressed the scratch on the bumper and everything looks good as new! “YES! I was up a creek, I thought when my mechanic said my repair would cost 2 grand. My 94 honda accord's ABS modulator decided to tap out. I went to 3 pick-n-pulls and all the Accords had been stripped. A mechanic that specialized in Japanese automotive gave me the # to H&M. Sergio was pleasant, exceptional and dialed up the part. They sent it out immediatly and it arrived at my mechanics the next day. saved me roughly 1800 big ones. Friggin awesome.#lifesaver.”

I am from out of state, so I was not able to view the parts before purchase (which was risky since I was hoping for clean parts that I would not have to repaint before installation). Bob and the team were easy to work with and very accommodating to my incessant questions and requests for photos, etc.... Best of all, the parts arrived perfectly packaged and protected, and the condition greatly exceeded my expectations. “I had a great experience at Cycle Gear today and wanted to give a special shoutout to Walter. He was extremely helpful, polite, and patient while answering all of my questions about motorcycle gear. I had a lot of questions about summer riding protection, CE armor levels, and garment ratings, and Walter took the time to help me understand the differences.
What I appreciated most was that if we were unsure about a rating on a piece of gear, he didn’t just guess — he looked it up and found the correct answer. That made me feel a lot more confident about what I was buying. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a great one.
