Caryn has been very helpful every time I need assistance with my rent deposits in the office, down to the helpful maintenance techs, like Nick that keep timely to my maintenance requests. Keep up the great work.”

“The Enclave is an excellent place to live, It is both a safe and caring community. As with any property, The Enclave has issues that arise, but the management and maintenance teams are quick to address any issue. Although the area I feel needs to be focused on addressing is the parking, very rarely is parking enforced meaning parking is a free for all some nights. The property is also extremely quick for maintenance repairs. I've mentioned him before but One of the most talked about Maintenance Techs for good reason is Nate. Nate is extremely personable and always dedicated to doing the job right the first time. As usual Nate has gone above and beyond for our Family on another recent work order. We were saddened to hear that Nate will be transferring properties due to getting a promotion, but he truly deserves it! He is a huge asset not only to Lewis Apartment Homes but also to the property he is transferring to. Thank you again Nate for always going above and beyond to make sure that our home and community are in perfect condition, We truly appreciate all your hard work!”

“I love living here with my children.The playgrounds are awesome and there are 2 pools.Its a very safe and warm community. Plus we have monthly events for the whole community to come out and mingle.”

“We moved in last September so been here 15 months. Overall, we’ve had a great experience. I love the updates they added - the new dog washing room (amazing!!!), they redid the dog park, and the sports court center. It’s awesome that you can reserve one of the pool for when family or friends visit. The complex always seems pretty well kept. We appreciated how dog friendly the complex is since moving with pets can be stressful. The people we’ve met at the complex have all been super friendly. We’ve also never had any issues with maintenance. I felt every time we had a request, they were pretty quick and got the job done (but we never had any major requests so that may be different). The units also have a washer and dryer in the units. Some of the other apartment complexes we looked at didn’t. And I love that the apartment complex provides fun little opportunities for the community members.I did want to give Colleen a shoutout because she’s always so helpful/friendly!I also want to share some cons since it’s hard to find an apartment complex that’s 100% perfect. The biggest con is that the walls are pretty thin so we can often hear our neighbors talking or their music playing. Luckily our neighbors have been pretty respectful so it hasn’t been an issue late at night. Another con is that even though our unit was pretty cute, we did notice some of the previous remodel was cheaply or quickly done (not a big deal but wanted to share in case that’s important for someone looking). And lastly, I wish the wood boards on the patio were closer together. Sometimes watering my plants or sweeping the patio is stressful since it’s hard to avoid debris from falling into the bottom unit.Overall, we had a great experience and glad we found it when we moved to the area.I can update my review to include our move out experience since I did t read some of the other reviews.”

“I’m reviewing my home away from home. I formerly lived in Palm Springs. This was a new experience which has turned out to be a blessing. I love it here, and appreciate what it’s added to my life. They offer bingo, pool aerobics, management treats which are awesome., a beauty shop on site. The grounds are beautiful, excellent security, meticulously clean, great maintenance crew, convenient postal, business center, great management staff. I could rave more, but you’d say it was too much. Haha!”

“Moved here in oct I love it so far , it's quiet, people are friendly! The women who work in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful, when you put in a work order they take care of it in a timely manne! The landscaping is beautiful they keep the area clean! My apartment is nice I'm very comfortable here”

“*****I want to update my previous review, I want to thank Betty from the leasing office, since the move in morning she called me and did everything possible to help us move in and fix everything.I feel I can breath again thanx to her . My only complaint is corporate leasing office just needs better communication with people so they don’t go through a rough experience. We are now in our new home and all thanx to Betty, we cannot thank her enough for her patience, kindness and willingness to help us. Thank you Betty !!!If I can give this complex a 0 I would . First there no leasing office or anyone to talk to all is emails and texts which they don’t respond to. We applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and they first make you pay deposit and say you are pre approved, make you sign a lease and so then after they can verify your information after they took your money . My “move in date “ is tomorrow and till this morning when asking for a secondary id from my husband they say they are going to cancel my application. After they emailed me yesterday saying everything is approved . Had to send verifications multiple times . I had already set up utilities and renters insurance so they can tell me no now . And they can’t even respond back appropriately this I feel in a hostile place right now I am stressed , emotionally affected by them for false advertisement and false hopes . They can even tell me fully I am denied or canceled . And to top it off they will refund my money via a check by mail in 2 to 4 weeks I paid them electronically not in a check . Now I don’t have a place to live thanx to verano . Stay away from them . I will be seeking legal help for this place it is not fair what they do to people .”
