“I moved in the end of January. I didn't notice it before I moved in but noticed after that my frig was too small. I kept being told they don't have any frig that was bigger. Eventually Brittney sent Devin out to look at it. Devin determined that the wrong size frig had been placed in the apt and they didn't know it. Thank you Brittney for listening to me and Devin for getting the right size frig.

My A/C kept going out. Rene' tried and I appreciate to make it better but it ended up needing to be replaced. Due to medical issues with my son, I appreciate Devin getting a rush on it. Now we have cold air ?

The Property is well maintained. The Community feels safe and the management team is truly EXCEPTIONAL.
The Maintenance Team and the Leasing Consultants are always friendly and quick to address any concerns .

The Property Manager, Manny Casas has made a huge impression on me . His management style is approachable. He Listens well, communicates well, he solves issues and is respectful.

“My husband and I have lived here for the past 5 years! The atmosphere of the community has definitely changed with the times and with new tenants moving in, however we have little to no complaints. The community is beautiful and full of nature, it’s local to many things in the city, there is open parking, and it is usually pretty quiet. They also have community events where they offer tenants free food, such as a taco cart, the In-N-Out truck, and a Thanksgiving dinner. They also give out free pumpkins for Halloween and host a summer camp for kids! The office staff have always been very nice to my husband and I and are quick to attend to concerns. One time we had to call maintenance for a toilet leak after hours and he showed up as quick as he could and patiently addressed the problem. Additionally, these apartments welcome big dogs of any breed, which is rare to find in the area.

My only complaints would be the wall unit AC and the amount of times the garbage truck and gardening services are called. Since the AC is attached to the wall in the living room, the cold air doesn’t reach the bedroom which can be miserable in the summer. Additionally, if the garbage cans are full, they will call to get them dumped early to avoid overflow, which I do appreciate. However, with new people constantly moving in and out and the trash and materials put in the bins by maintenance remodeling apartments, the garbage truck is called often, which tenants pay additional for every month. I work from home and it could be me, but also sometimes I feel like the gardeners are either cutting grass, blowing leaves, and trimming bushes multiple days of the week for half the day. With that being said I’ll admit the community grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Laundry is also pretty expensive for the small washer machines, however, you can always do laundry off site. If you mind your business, respect your neighbors, and follow all community rules, you’ll have no issues here!”

The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, which gives me peace of mind knowing that any issue, big or small, will be handled promptly. My move-in process was smooth, and everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend this community.”
